Under What Hugo knows, read the sections She has told him and She promised first.These are things Hugo said as the creator, each with a quote mark. When you reply, do not contradict them. A fan who notices that “she” forgot her own story stops trusting her.

Read what Hugo knows about him
Read the notes about the fan: for example Who he is, His life and What he likes.One to three dots before a note show how sure Hugo is. A date after a note is when something happens, for example his birthday.

On most conversations, a plan comes first. You cannot change it, and it refreshes about once a minute. It has three parts:
Him: what the fan is worth and how he buys. For example Lifetime, Last 30 days, Typical card and Pays within.
The plan: what Hugo may do next. When he writes says what Hugo plans to do when the fan writes again. No card says why Hugo is not offering anything paid right now.
The creator’s day, with the time where she is.
When Hugo plans a paid offer, the price rows show it: Next card, Opens at, Concedes to, Never below and After a yes.

The block is titled Right now, or “The heat, and how she’s playing it” when the plan shows. It has six readings, each from 1 to 10:

How hot the conversation is right now.
Warmth
How much of the message is for him: attention, care, tenderness.
Openness
How much of her own life and feelings she shares.
Dominance
Who sets the terms: low, she follows his lead; high, she leads.
Humour
How playful the message is.
Initiative
Who moves the conversation forward: low, she answers; high, she brings the next thing.
Hugo sets these himself on every turn, from how the conversation is going. You cannot change them. A new fan shows only Heat, at 1, until Hugo rates the conversation.
Hugo’s notes come next, in sections. The sections about the creator come first: She has told him and She promised. The sections about the fan follow, for example Who he is, His life, What he likes, What he wants from her, About paying, Never, Coming up, They talk about and Noted earlier. Only the sections that have notes show.If Hugo has summed the fan up in one line, it shows under Hugo’s read. A new fan shows “Hugo has not noted anything about him yet.”Opening the panel does not change what Hugo remembers.
The Strategist’s playbook row shows the headline of a longer study of the whole conversation. Hugo reads it on every turn. Click Open to read all of it.It is written for a fan once he has talked or spent enough, and it is updated by itself. There is no button to ask for one.
Version, at the bottom, picks which version of Hugo answers this fan. Leave it on Auto unless OnlyX support asks you to change it. A change applies at once, with no confirmation.Sometimes a box “Sales paused” shows here, for “payment verification” or “customer issue”. An earlier version of Hugo added it when the fan reported a problem with a payment, or another issue. The newest Hugo, which answers most conversations, does not add this box. See the next section.
While the “Sales paused” box shows, Hugo still answers the fan. But he makes no paid offer, and he sends the fan no scheduled follow-ups.

Check the issue
Read the conversation. Check the problem the fan reported, for example on OnlyFans, that his payment went through.

Mark the issue resolved
Under Version, in the “Sales paused” box, click Mark issue resolved.The box disappears. Hugo may sell to the fan again on a later turn. This does not record a payment, and it sends nothing to the fan.
The box also goes away by itself when the payment the fan reported goes through. It does not go away when the fan says the issue is sorted: click Mark issue resolved.
The plan shows only on conversations that the newest Hugo answers. Most conversations have it. On the others, the section starts with the readings.
The readings are wrong, and I can't change them
The readings are Hugo’s own, and he updates them on every turn. There is no way to set them by hand. If Hugo misreads a fan, take over the conversation and answer him yourself.
"Could not load what Hugo remembers."
The notes did not load. Open the conversation again. If it keeps happening, reload the page.
"Selected version unavailable. Using Auto."
Someone picked a version of Hugo for this fan that is no longer available. Hugo uses Auto for now. Select Auto in Version to clear the message.
"Could not resolve the issue. Refresh before trying again."
The box changed while you were looking, for example because someone on your team already marked it resolved, or the payment the fan reported went through. Reload the page. If the “Sales paused” box still shows, check the conversation again, then click Mark issue resolved.
