Use the menu on each message to copy it, quote it in a reply, hide or tag it for your team, or unsend it on OnlyFans within 24 hours.
Owners, admins and chattersEvery message in a conversation has a small menu. Use it to copy or quote a message, to hide or tag it for your team, or to unsend it.
In a conversation, point at the message. Click the three dots (⋮) next to it. On a phone, the three dots are always there, a little faded.The menu opens. Each item does something different, and only two of them can reach the fan:

OnlyX cannot send a real OnlyFans reply to one message. Reply does the next best thing: it quotes the message in your own reply.

Choose Reply
Open the message’s menu and click Reply.The message appears at the top of the message box. Each of its lines starts with ”>”. The cursor moves to the message box.

Write your answer
Type your answer under the quote.A photo or a paid message with no text has nothing to quote. In that case, Reply only moves the cursor to the message box.

Send the reply
Press Enter.The fan gets one message. It starts with the quote, as plain text with the ”>” signs. Your answer follows it. If Hugo has the conversation, your reply takes it over for 12 hours.
This message goes to the real fan. On OnlyFans, you can Unsend a message within 24 hours, but the fan may already have read it.
Hiding a message folds it away for your team only. The fan still has it, and nothing on OnlyFans changes.

Choose Hide for us
Open the message’s menu and click Hide for us.The message dims and shows “hidden for us”. Everyone on your team sees it this way. Counts and reports still include it.

Show the message again
To undo it, open the same menu and click Unhide.The message looks as before.
A tag is a short label for your team, for example “worked well” or “off-brand”. The fan never sees it.

Choose Add a tag
Open the message’s menu and click Add a tag.The Add a tag window opens.

Type the tag
Type a tag of up to 40 characters. Then press Enter, or click Add.The tag shows as a small chip under the message. You can add more tags in the same window.

Remove a tag you no longer need
Open Add a tag again. Click the tag you want to remove, the one with the ”×”.The tag disappears from the message.

A message can have up to 12 tags. Tags help your team read a conversation later. You cannot search or filter conversations by tag.
Unsend asks OnlyFans to remove a message from the fan’s inbox. It works on any message that went out to him in the last 24 hours. It does not matter who sent it: you, a teammate, Hugo, or the creator on OnlyFans.

Choose Unsend
Open the message’s menu and click Unsend. The item shows the time you have left, for example “Unsend 21h 4m”.The window “Unsend this message?” opens. It shows the message you picked.

Check the message
Read the message in the window. Make sure that it is the one you want to take back.To stop, click Keep it.

Confirm
Click Unsend.A message confirms that OnlyX asked OnlyFans to remove it. The fan still has it until OnlyFans finishes. The message shows “unsending…”.

Wait for OnlyFans
This can take a few minutes. When OnlyFans confirms, the message shows “unsent”.Your team still sees the message, dimmed, so you know what was taken back. Hugo also knows it was unsent, so he does not build on it.
You cannot undo Unsend. The fan got a notification when the message arrived, so he may already have read it.
On a computer, the three dots appear only when you point at a message. Move the pointer over the message, and they show next to it.
Unsend is greyed out
You cannot unsend this message. The most common reasons:
It is the fan’s message. You can unsend only messages that went out to him.
The message is still “in queue” or “sending”. Wait until it is delivered, then try again.
The message failed and never reached the fan.
More than 24 hours have passed since it went out.
The creator is on Telegram. Unsend works only on OnlyFans.
The message shows "unsend failed"
OnlyFans refused to remove the message, so the fan still has it. In the message’s menu, the item now reads “Unsend failed”. Point at it to see the code OnlyFans gave. You cannot try again on this message.
"Could not unsend"
OnlyX could not ask OnlyFans to remove the message. The text under “Could not unsend” gives the reason. For example, the 24 hours have passed, or the creator is not connected.
"Could not copy"
Your browser blocked the clipboard. Select the text of the message and copy it with Ctrl + C, or Cmd + C on a Mac.
"Could not hide" or "Could not save the tag"
The change did not save, and the message is as it was. Try again. If it keeps failing, reload the page.
