See what a fan is worth and what happened with him: sales, tips, who handled the conversation, escalations and Hugo’s follow-ups.
Owners, admins and chattersThe Activity tab of the fan panel shows the fan’s history with this creator at a glance. It shows his money first, then every moment that is not an ordinary message.
In OnlyX, click Inbox. Then click the fan’s conversation.The conversation opens, with the fan panel next to it. If you do not see the fan panel, click the panel button at the top of the conversation.

Open the Activity tab

Filter the events
Click Sales, Team or Hugo to see one kind of event. Click All to see everything again.The number on each chip is how many events it has.
When you open another conversation, the fan panel goes back to Overview.
What he has paid in total. “at least” under it means that the real total can be higher. It matches the amount on Overview.
Last 30d
What he paid in the last 30 days.
Tips
What he gave in tips, and how many tips. When it reads, for example, “1 in thread”, only that many tips are in this conversation; the amount also counts his other tips.
Typical PPV
The price he usually pays for a PPV, and how many he bought.
Biggest
His biggest purchase.
Unlock rate
How often he unlocks the paid messages he gets, for example “3 of 4 resolved”.
Typical PPV, Biggest and Unlock rate count every paid message he got, from Hugo or from your team. A dash means there is nothing to count yet.
The timeline leaves out ordinary messages, because they are in the conversation. It also leaves out messages that never reached the fan, unless he paid for them. Hugo’s PPVs are the exception: each one shows, including one still on its way (“PPV sent — sending”) and one that could not be sent (“PPV sent — failed to send”).

A Team event starts with the name of the person who did it. When it has no name, OnlyX did it by itself. For example, a hold ran out, or an AI Rule turned Hugo off.A follow-up that did not go out shows why, for example “he replied first”, “a manual send covered it”, “cancelled by the team” or “the moment passed”. Other reasons can appear too.A Fan Quality event shows the score change, for example “Quality 62 → 71”, and why it changed, such as “after a purchase”.
