Fill in the Identity section of AI Persona: the name, age, city, job and backstory Hugo needs to speak as the creator.
Owners, admins and content VAsThe Identity section of AI Persona holds the facts Hugo uses when he speaks as the creator. Fans ask about them, and Hugo remembers what he told each fan.
In OnlyX, click Creators. Then click the creator and click AI Persona.The Identity section opens. A yellow dot on the Identity pill means a required field is still empty.

Fill in the required fields
Enter the Persona name, Age, Occupation, Lives in and Backstory. The age must be between 18 and 99.The table under these steps explains each field.

Add the details fans ask about
Fill in the optional fields that fit her, such as How she looks, Interests and Time zone.

Save the persona
At the top of the tab, click Save.The message “AI Persona saved” appears, and the Identity pill shows a tick.

Check the setup step
Click Overview.The step “Write the persona” shows Done once the persona has an age and a backstory. Its status shows both, for example “Age 26 · 70 words of backstory”.
Save saves all three sections of AI Persona at once: Identity, Voice and Limits. If you leave the tab or open another creator before you save, your changes are lost.
If the creator’s limits were never saved, your first save also saves the recommended limits that are ticked on Limits. See Set hard limits and soft boundaries.

Hugo needs only two of these before he answers fans: the Age and the Backstory. The yellow dot on Identity stays until all five required fields are filled, so fill in the other three too.
Type the new value over the old one. Then click Save.An empty text field is not saved: if you clear one and click Save, the old value stays. Age cannot be left empty: with it empty, the save fails with “Could not save the persona”. To remove a language or an interest, delete it from the list, then save.
OnlyX did not accept a value. Check that the age is filled in and between 18 and 99. The backstory must be 4,000 characters or fewer. Chatters cannot save the persona: ask an owner, admin or content VA.
"This page is out of date — reload and save again"
OnlyX changed since you opened the page. Reload the page, make your changes again, and click Save.
I cleared a field, but the old value came back
An empty field is not saved, so the old value stays. Type the correct value into the field instead, then click Save.
The Identity pill still shows a yellow dot
One of the five required fields is empty: Persona name, Age, Occupation, Lives in or Backstory. Fill it in, then click Save.
My changes are gone
Changes are kept only until you leave the tab. Moving between Identity, Voice and Limits keeps them. Opening another tab or another creator before you click Save loses them.
