Everyone When you leave a workspace, you lose its inbox and creators at once. Your OnlyX account stays.

Before you start

  • The owner cannot leave. See If you are the owner.
  • You cannot leave your only workspace. First create another one, or accept an invite to another team. See Work in several workspaces.
  • Leaving applies to the workspace you are in now. If you belong to several, switch to the one you want to leave first.

Leave the workspace

Open My Workspace

In OnlyX, click Settings. Then click My Workspace.

Click Leave workspace

In the Leave workspace card, click Leave workspace.The Leave this workspace? window opens.

Confirm that you want to leave

Read the message. Then click Leave workspace.OnlyX reloads in the other workspace you joined most recently. Your other OnlyX tabs follow.

1 Leave workspace confirms and leaves at once

You cannot undo leaving. To come back, an owner or admin of that workspace must invite you again.
When you leave:
  • Your creators in that workspace are unassigned.
  • Your role there ends. In the workspace you land in, you have the role you already hold there.
  • If you are an admin, the you made there keep working. In Settings > API & MCP, they show Left the workspace, so an owner or admin can revoke them.
  • If you are an admin, the AI assistants you connected there stop working. They show Approver left — no longer works.

If you are the owner

To step back from daily work, make someone else an admin. See Manage members, assignments and invites. You stay the owner.

Things only OnlyX support can do

OnlyX has no button for these. Email OnlyX support at support@onlyx.ai, and say which workspace you mean:
  • Close or delete a workspace.
  • Give a workspace a new owner.
  • Change the email address you sign in with. My Profile shows it as “Set when you joined; not editable here.”

If something goes wrong

You cannot leave your only workspace. Create a new one from the account menu, or accept an invite to another team. Then leave this one. See Work in several workspaces.
You are the owner of this workspace, and the owner cannot leave. See If you are the owner.
You are the owner, so OnlyX refused to let you leave. To close the workspace, email support@onlyx.ai.
Ask an owner or admin of that workspace to invite you again. When you accept the invite, you are back. They may need to assign your creators again.
OnlyX has suspended the workspace, so nobody can open it. To ask about it, email support@onlyx.ai.
