The three links
Send her the setup link or the proxy link. Do not send her an app sign-in link, because it runs out fast. Her setup page makes a new one whenever she needs it.
The countdown at the top of her setup page, “link expires in”, is for the setup link. It is not for the app sign-in link.

The setup link is a web page, not an app link. Pasted into the OnlyX Login app, it never works. She must open it in her web browser.
Find what her screen says
When a setup link or a proxy link is dead, her page says “Link no longer works” and gives the reason.
What her page shows when the setup link is more than 24 hours old

The setup link is more than 24 hours old. In OnlyX, click Creators. On her card, click the three-dot menu and select Copy setup link.Because the old link has expired, you get a new 24-hour link. Send it to her.

The link was cancelled. This happens when an expired link is replaced, or when a developer on your team cancels it. Copy the setup link again from her card, and send the new one.

The link is not complete. Her chat app may have cut it, or she copied only a part of it. Copy the link again and send the whole link.

The page could not load, because of her internet connection or a short problem on the OnlyX side. The link itself is not dead. Ask her to check her connection and reload the page in a minute.

Someone else connected the account, for example you on the Connect here tab. A link stops working the moment the account connects. On the Creators page, check that her status is Connected. There is nothing left for her to do.

The app sign-in link works once, and for 15 minutes. She goes back to her setup page and clicks Get a new app sign-in link. You need to send a new setup link only if her page says “Link no longer works”.

The app is not installed yet, or she has not opened it once. She installs OnlyX Login from her page. Then she opens it once, from Applications on a Mac or from the Start menu on Windows. Back on her page, she clicks Open in OnlyX Login and chooses Open when her browser asks.On a computer, this button is the only way in. The Mac and Windows app has no button to paste a link, even though her page mentions one.

Chat apps often block app links. On her setup page, she taps Copy app sign-in link. Then she opens OnlyX Login and taps Paste your link.

She copied the setup link, not the app sign-in link. She opens the setup link in Safari and taps Copy app sign-in link there. Then she goes back to OnlyX Login and taps Paste your link.

She opened the setup link on a device with no OnlyX Login app. That can be an Android phone, an iPad or a Linux computer. She can open the same link on an iPhone, a Mac or a Windows computer.If she has only an Android phone, send her the proxy link. See Connect with proxy (Happ).

Her Mac warns about the app. She downloads the current installer again from her setup page. She must not bypass the security settings of her Mac. If the warning stays, contact OnlyX support at support@onlyx.ai.
