> ## Agent Instructions
> You are reading OnlyX Help: the OnlyX Help Center and the OnlyX developer documentation. OnlyX is an AI chatting and CRM platform for OnlyFans agencies. Its AI chatter is called Hugo in the app.
> Pages at the site root (for example /inbox/..., /hugo/..., /billing/...) are Help Center articles for agency owners, admins, chatters and creators who use the app at app.onlyx.ai. Words in bold are the exact button, menu and label names the app shows; keep them exactly as written. When these pages do not answer a question, the person can email support at support@onlyx.ai.
> Pages under /developers are the developer documentation. REST API base URL: https://api.onlyx.ai/v1 (authenticate with `Authorization: Bearer <API key>`; keys start with onx_sk_ and are created in app.onlyx.ai under Settings > API & MCP). MCP server: https://mcp.onlyx.ai/mcp (OAuth, or a Bearer API key). In the API the AI chatter is `ai` on the wire. Money is integer US cents in fields ending in Cents; timestamps are UTC ISO-8601.
> Rules for assistants acting on a user's behalf: discover ids with list calls and never invent them; before any call that reaches a real fan or the live OnlyFans account (sending a message, releasing a chat to the AI, turning AI on for a chat, resolving a hand-off, turning review mode off, changing the welcome message, creating a tracking link) show the user the exact content and get explicit confirmation; send every POST with an Idempotency-Key and reuse it on retry; never resend a message whose delivery status is unconfirmed; never ask a creator for her OnlyFans password or codes - she signs in herself through a connect link and the OnlyX Login app.

# Rename your workspace and set its reporting timezone

> Change your workspace's name, and set the reporting timezone that decides where each day starts in your whole team's reports.

<Badge color="orange">Owners and admins</Badge>

In **Settings** > **My Workspace**, owners and admins set the workspace's name and the time zone that every report uses.

## Before you start

* You need an owner or admin account to change these settings.
* Everyone else can open **My Workspace** and read them. See [What other roles see](#what-other-roles-see).

## Rename the workspace

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open My Workspace">
    In OnlyX, click **Settings**. Then click **My Workspace**.

    The **Workspace** card opens, with **Name** and **Reporting timezone**.

    </Frame>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Type the new name">
    In **Name**, type the new name. It can be up to 160 characters.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save the name">
    Click the **Save** button next to **Name**.

    You see "Workspace renamed".
  </Step>
</Steps>

Your team sees the new name in the list of workspaces in their account menu. The invite page and new invite emails show it too.

## Set the reporting timezone

The reporting timezone decides where each day starts and ends on the **Dashboard** and in **Analytics**. It is the same for everyone in the workspace. A new workspace starts on UTC, so set your own time zone on your first day.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open My Workspace">
    In OnlyX, click **Settings**. Then click **My Workspace**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pick your time zone">
    Click the **Reporting timezone** menu. Type part of a city or region name, for example `New_York` or `London`. Then select your time zone in the list.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save the time zone">
    Click the **Save** button next to **Reporting timezone**.

    You see "Workspace timezone saved". Any **Dashboard** or **Analytics** page your team has open updates by itself.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Message times in the **Inbox** use each person's own device clock, not the reporting timezone. Close to midnight, a message's day and a report's day can differ.
</Note>

Each **Save** button stays greyed out until you change its field.

## What other roles see

Chatters and content VAs can open **My Workspace** too. They see the name and the reporting timezone as text, and they cannot change them.

<Frame caption="**1** The workspace settings a chatter sees">
  <img className="block dark:hidden" src="https://mintcdn.com/onlyx/nEspcAv8Fd2HVd9G/images/help/team/workspace-settings/workspace-readonly-light.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=nEspcAv8Fd2HVd9G&q=85&s=e838069a6fc4a2ef566f187a4a5b2621" alt="The Workspace card for a chatter, showing the reporting timezone, name, member count, their role and the date the workspace was created as text" width="1512" height="638" data-path="images/help/team/workspace-settings/workspace-readonly-light.png" />

  <img className="hidden dark:block" src="https://mintcdn.com/onlyx/nEspcAv8Fd2HVd9G/images/help/team/workspace-settings/workspace-readonly-dark.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=nEspcAv8Fd2HVd9G&q=85&s=954242dab0805329a70a919f42182d32" alt="The Workspace card for a chatter, showing the reporting timezone, name, member count, their role and the date the workspace was created as text" width="1512" height="638" data-path="images/help/team/workspace-settings/workspace-readonly-dark.png" />
</Frame>

Everyone also sees these lines:

* **Members**: how many people belong to the workspace.
* **Your role**: your role in this workspace.
* **Created**: the date the workspace was made.

## What you cannot change here

My Workspace has no button to close the workspace or to give it a new owner. For either one, email OnlyX support at [support@onlyx.ai](mailto:support@onlyx.ai). To leave a workspace that you do not own, see [Leave a workspace](/team/leave-a-workspace).
