# Work in several workspaces

> Switch between the workspaces you belong to from the account menu, or create a new workspace of your own.

One OnlyX account can belong to several workspaces, for example two agencies you work for. You switch between them in the account menu.

## Switch to another workspace

  The workspace you are in belongs to your account, not to one browser tab. When you switch, your other OnlyX tabs switch too. Your other devices usually follow within about 15 seconds.

Your role can be different in each workspace, so the pages you see can change after a switch. See [What each team role can see and do](/team/roles-and-permissions).

When you sign in, OnlyX opens the workspace you used last.

## Create a new workspace

A new workspace is a separate agency with its own creators, inbox, members and billing. You are its owner.

    Click **New workspace**.

    The **New workspace** window opens.

    In **Name**, enter the new workspace's name, for example the name of your second agency.

    Click **Create workspace**.

    OnlyX switches you into the new workspace. It has no creators and no team members yet.

## If something goes wrong

    The message under it says why. "This workspace is suspended. Contact support." means OnlyX has suspended that workspace. To ask about it, email [support@onlyx.ai](mailto:support@onlyx.ai).

  <Accordion title="My other workspace is not in the menu">
    You are not a member of it yet. Ask an owner or admin of that workspace to invite you, then accept the invite. See [Join a team from an invite](/team/join-from-an-invite).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Another device still shows the old workspace">
    It catches up within about 15 seconds. If it does not, reload the page on that device.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Create workspace is greyed out">
    The **Name** field is empty. Type a name first.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I created a workspace by mistake">
    You cannot delete a workspace in OnlyX, and the owner cannot leave it. To ask OnlyX support to close it, email [support@onlyx.ai](mailto:support@onlyx.ai).
