# Earn rewards by referring other agencies

> Share your invite link with other agencies and earn 10% of every deposit they make. Learn how sign-ups are counted and what you agree to.

Share your invite link with other agencies. When an agency you referred adds credits, your workspace earns 10% of each deposit.

## Before you start

* You need an owner or admin account. Chatters and content VAs do not see **Referrals**.
* The rewards belong to your workspace, not to you. Each workspace has its own link and its own balance.

## Share your invite link

    In OnlyX, click **Referrals**, at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone, tap **More**, then **Referrals**.

    The page shows your **Referral balance**, **Your invite link** and the agencies you brought in.

  <Step title="Optional: Read the programme terms">
    At the top of the page, click **Programme terms**. The **OnlyX Referral Programme Terms** window opens.

    When you have read them, click **Close**.

    In **Your invite link**, click **Copy**. The message "Link copied" shows.

    Your link starts with `https://onlyx.ai/?ref=` and ends with your workspace's code.

    Send the link by email or chat. Ask the agency to sign up from the page that the link opens. They must use the same browser, within 30 days.

<Note>
  Copying or sharing your link counts as accepting the **Referral Programme Terms** for your workspace. There is no separate button to accept them.

## How a sign-up is counted

Your link opens the `onlyx.ai` website. The website keeps your code in the visitor's browser for 30 days.

* If the visitor signs up from `onlyx.ai` within those 30 days, the new workspace counts as yours. They do not need to use your link again.
* If they follow your link again, the 30 days start again.
* If the code reaches the sign-up form, the form shows "Invited with code" and your code.

The code is lost, and the sign-up does not count, in these cases:

* The visitor goes straight to the OnlyX app, without passing through `onlyx.ai`.
* They use another browser, another device or a private window.
* They clear the site data in their browser, or more than 30 days have passed.
* They follow another agency's link later. The later link wins.

OnlyX sets no tracking cookie for the programme. Once a workspace is created, the choice of referrer is final.

## How rewards work

* You earn a share of every deposit that a workspace you referred makes. The standard rate is 10%. Your own rate shows under your **Referral balance**.
* The reward lands the moment their deposit is credited. It is rounded down to the cent.
* Only deposits count. Their usage, their earnings and their welcome credits earn you nothing.
* Each reward keeps the rate of the day its deposit was credited. A later change of rate does not change it.
* You earn nothing on a workspace that has the same owner as yours. You also cannot use your own workspace's link to create a new workspace.

To move your rewards into your OnlyX balance, or to withdraw them, see [Transfer or withdraw referral rewards](/referrals-and-developers/transfer-or-withdraw-rewards). You need a balance of at least \$100 for either.

## Check what you have earned

The card at the top of the **Referrals** page shows three numbers:

| Number | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Referral balance** | The rewards you have not moved or withdrawn yet. You can move them once this reaches \$100. |
| **Total earned** | Every reward you have ever earned |
| **Sign-ups** | How many workspaces you referred |

**Workspaces you brought in** lists each agency you referred, newest first. For each one, it shows **Joined**, **Creators**, **Deposits**, **Deposited** and **You earned**. The deposits are only the ones that paid you a reward.

**Reward history** lists the last 50 changes to your balance, with the amount and the balance after each one:

* "Reward —" and the agency's name: a deposit paid you a reward.
* "Moved to workspace balance": you moved rewards into your OnlyX balance.
* "Withdrawal requested" and "Withdrawal returned": a withdrawal left your balance, or came back.
* "Adjustment": OnlyX corrected your balance.

If your own workspace joined through another agency's link, the page ends with "You joined through" and that agency's name.

## What the terms say

The terms have 17 sections. Read them in the app before you share your link. The main points:

* Do not refer yourself or a workspace that your team owns.
* Do not refer anyone who uses OnlyX today.
* Do not use spam, fake sign-ups or misleading ads.
* Do not bid on the OnlyX name in paid search, or use a name or website that looks like OnlyX.
* Do not promise earnings or results that OnlyX has not published.
* OnlyX can take back a reward if the deposit behind it is refunded or charged back.
* You pay any tax on your rewards.
* OnlyX can change the programme. A change applies only to rewards earned after it.

## If something goes wrong

    The code did not reach their sign-up. They may have gone straight to the app or used another browser. They may have signed up after 30 days, or followed another agency's link.

    OnlyX cannot add a sign-up to your list afterwards. Next time, ask them to sign up from the page that your link opens.

    They have not made a deposit yet. Only deposits earn rewards. Their welcome credits do not.

    Your browser blocked copying. The message shows your link: copy it from there, or click the link field and copy it yourself.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Could not load the terms&#x22;">
    OnlyX could not open the terms. Reload the page, then click **Programme terms** again.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I do not see Referrals">
    Only owners and admins see **Referrals**. Ask an owner or admin of your workspace. For a question about a reward, email [support@onlyx.ai](mailto:support@onlyx.ai) and include your workspace name.
