# See and disconnect connected apps

> See which AI assistants can use your workspace, what they may do and who approved them, and disconnect any of them at once.

<Badge color="orange">Owners and admins</Badge>

Every AI assistant that an owner or admin approved shows under **Connected apps**. Check what each one may do, and cut off any of them at once.

## Before you start

* You need an owner or admin account.
* An app shows here after someone approves it. To connect one, see [Use OnlyX from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or VS Code](/referrals-and-developers/connect-an-ai-assistant).

## See what is connected

    The card lists every app approved for this workspace, newest first. Each approval has its own row.

Each row shows:

| Line | What it tells you |
| - | - |
| The app's name | The name the app gave itself. OnlyX does not check it. |
| **Returns to** | The address the sign-in sent you back to, for example claude.ai. A fake app cannot copy this part. For an app on your computer, it shows a local address or the app's own name. |
| "Approved" and "by" | When the app was approved, and by whom |
| Access | **Full access**, **Read only**, or the names of its permissions, and **All creators** or the creators' names |
| "Last used" | When the app last used your workspace. "Not used yet" if it never did. |

## Disconnect an app

    On the app's row, click the unplug button. The **Disconnect this app?** window opens.

    Click **Disconnect**. A message confirms that the app was disconnected, and the row disappears.

The app loses access to this workspace at once. You cannot undo this. To use the app again, connect it again from the assistant and approve it.

Any owner or admin can disconnect any app, whoever approved it. When OnlyX support helps you in your workspace, they can see this list, but they cannot disconnect anything.

## Fix "Approver left — no longer works"

An approval belongs to the person who gave it. The app stops working as soon as that person is no longer an owner or admin of this workspace. For example, they were removed, they left, their role changed, or their account was turned off.

The app stays in the list, with the badge **Approver left — no longer works**.

To make the app work again:

    A new row shows your name.

    On the row with the badge, click the unplug button. Then click **Disconnect**.

## Before someone leaves your team

Apps and <Tooltip tip="A secret code that lets another app or script use your OnlyX workspace.">API keys</Tooltip> act differently when a person leaves:

| Belongs to | The owner or admin who approved it | The workspace |
| When that person leaves | It stops working and shows **Approver left — no longer works** | It keeps working and shows **Left the workspace** |
| How to cut it off | The unplug button on its row, then **Disconnect** | The bin on its row, then **Revoke key** |

So, before you remove an owner or admin, or change their role, check which apps they approved. Those apps stop working when the person goes. Connect them again yourself if you still need them.

Their API keys keep working. Revoke them if the person should no longer have access. See [Create and manage API keys](/referrals-and-developers/api-keys).

  Each approval is for one workspace. An app approved for another workspace shows in that workspace's list, not in this one.

## If something goes wrong

    Find the app under **Connected apps**. If it shows **Approver left — no longer works**, connect it again and approve it yourself.

    If it is not in the list, it was disconnected. Someone disconnected it, or OnlyX did because it went unused for about two months. Connect it again.

    Nobody has approved an app for this workspace yet. If you approved one for another workspace, switch to that workspace to see it.

    Each approval has its own row: someone connected the app twice. Check the "Approved" date and "Last used" on each row. Then disconnect the row you no longer need.

    OnlyX could not load the list. Click **Try again**.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Could not disconnect the app&#x22;">
    The app is still connected. Wait a moment, then click the unplug button again.
