# Fans: lists, smart lists and filters

> See a creator's whole audience, open her OnlyFans lists or OnlyX smart lists, filter and sort her fans, and jump to a fan's conversation.

The **Fans** tab lists every fan of one creator, not only the fans who wrote to her. Pick a list, narrow it with filters, and open any fan's conversation.

## Before you start

* You need an owner or admin account. Chatters and content VAs do not have the **Fans** tab. A chatter can see a fan's details in the fan panel of the inbox. See [The fan panel: know the fan before you reply](/inbox/fan-panel).
* The creator is connected, and her fans have synced. Right after she connects, the list can still be empty.
* Each creator has her own **Fans** tab. OnlyX has no list of all fans across your creators.

## Open a creator's fans

    In OnlyX, click **Creators**. Then click the creator's card.

    The creator's page opens.

    In the creator's menu, under **OnlyFans**, click **Fans**. For a Telegram creator, the heading is **Telegram**.

    The tab opens with the lists on one side and the table of fans on the other. **Everyone** is selected, and the fans are sorted by **Most spent**.

## Choose a list

The lists come in three groups. The app shows the group headings in capitals. Each list shows a count of fans.

| Group | What it is |
| - | - |
| **Everyone** | Every fan OnlyX holds for this creator. |
| **On the platform** | Her own OnlyFans lists, with the names OnlyFans gives them. The count is OnlyFans' own count, when OnlyFans reports one. Telegram creators do not have this group. |
| **Smart** | Lists that OnlyX builds for you from each fan's spending and subscription. |

Click a list to show only its fans. The heading of the table changes to the list's name. To see all fans again, click **Everyone**.

The page address keeps the list you chose. You can bookmark the page, or send the address to a teammate who also has the **Fans** tab.

When you pick one of her OnlyFans lists, a line next to the heading compares two counts, for example "118 on the platform · 112 synced". The first is OnlyFans' count, the second is how many OnlyX holds. The line ends with "still syncing" while OnlyX is still reading that list.

### The smart lists

"Spent" here is what the fan paid, before OnlyFans' cut.

| **Lapsing this week** | Auto-renew is off, and the subscription ends in the next 7 days. |
| **Win-back window** | No longer subscribed, and the subscription ended in the last 30 days. |
| **Whales** | Spent \$200 or more. |
| **Silent whales** | Spent \$200 or more, and not seen in the last 14 days. |
| **Spenders** | Spent anything at all. |
| **Never spent** | Subscribed now, and never spent anything. |
| **New this week** | Subscribed in the last 7 days. |
| **Bought recently** | Bought something in the last 30 days. |
| **On a discount** | Pays for the subscription, but less than her regular price. |

The counts next to the lists always count the creator's whole audience. Your search and your filters do not change them.

## Filter, search and sort

    Next to the search box, click **Filters**.

    A panel opens with **Subscription**, **Auto-renew**, **Pays**, **Spent**, **Subscribed after** and **Subscribed before**.

  <Step title="Pick your filters">
    Pick a value in each filter you need:

    * **Subscription**: **Active** or **Expired**.
    * **Auto-renew**: **On**, or **Off — leaving** for fans who will not renew.
    * **Pays**: **Paid** or **Free**. This is the price of the subscription, not whether the fan ever bought something.
    * **Spent**: a lowest and a highest amount in dollars. You can leave either one empty.
    * **Subscribed after** and **Subscribed before**: dates. Both days count.

    The table updates, and the button shows how many filters are on, for example "Filters (2)".

  <Step title="Optional: Search for a name">
    In **Search people**, type part of a fan's name.

    The search looks at the fan's display name and at the name your team gave him. It does not look at his @username.

  <Step title="Choose the order">
    In the sort menu, select **Most spent**, **Newest subscriber**, **Expiring soonest**, **Last seen** or **Name**.

    Fans with no value for your choice come last.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Clear the filters">
    When you are done, click **Clear filters** in the filter panel.

    The filters go back to **Any**, and the **Spent** and date fields are emptied. Your list and your search stay as they are.

A fan must match everything at once: the list, the filters and the search. Each change takes you back to the first page. The table shows 50 fans on each page.

## Read the table

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Fan** | His name, and his segment, such as **No purchase yet**, **Casual** or **Whale**. If your team renamed him, his OnlyFans name shows under the new one. |
| **Subscription** | **Active** or **Expired**, his price or **Free**, and the date he subscribed. A struck-through price means he is on a discount. |
| **Auto-renew** | **On**, **Off**, **Unknown** or **Ended**, with the renewal or end date. |
| **Lifetime spend** | Everything he paid, before OnlyFans' cut. |
| **PPV** and **Tips** | What he spent on paid messages, and on tips. |
| **Last purchase** | How long ago he last bought something, or **Never**. |
| **Quality** | His Fan Quality score and its band, such as "72 · Strong". A dash means he has no score yet. |
| **Heat** | How hot the conversation is, out of 10, as Hugo last rated it. |
| **Last seen** | "online now" when he is online, and how long ago he was last active. |
| **Lists** | Up to two of her lists that he is on, and a count such as "+2" for the rest. |

On a phone, each fan is a card with the same information.

## Open a fan's conversation

In the table, click the fan's row, or the arrow at the end of it. The **Inbox** opens on the conversation with him.

A fan with no arrow has no conversation yet. Clicking his row does nothing.

## If something goes wrong

    Only owners and admins have the **Fans** tab. A chatter or a content VA who opens a link to it lands on **Overview** instead.

    OnlyX has not read her fans yet. This is normal right after she connects. Her fans arrive with the first sync of her account. See [Get a creator ready for Hugo](/hugo/setup-checklist).

  <Accordion title="&#x22;No one here matches that.&#x22;">
    No fan matches the list, the filters and the search together. Click **Clear filters**, clear the search, or click **Everyone**.

    The count is OnlyFans' own number. OnlyX may not have read the whole list yet. The line next to the heading then ends with "still syncing".

    OnlyX could not load the lists this time. Click **Retry** next to the message. The table of fans still works.

    OnlyX could not load the table this time. Click **Retry**. If the message comes back, try again in a few minutes.
