# Earnings: see what a creator earned

> Read an OnlyFans creator's earnings in OnlyX: what she can withdraw, what is pending, net and gross totals, and every payment, fan by fan.

The **Earnings** tab shows an OnlyFans creator's own earnings record. You see her balance, her totals and every payment, with the fan who made it.

## Before you start

* The creator's OnlyFans account is connected. OnlyX reads her earnings from that account.
* Everyone who can open the creator can read this tab. Chatters and content VAs see only the creators assigned to them.
* Only owners and admins can ask for a fresh read with **Sync now**.

## Read a creator's earnings

    In OnlyX, click **Creators**. Then click the creator's card.

    In the creator's menu, under **OnlyFans**, click **Earnings**.

  <Step title="Read the four tiles">
    * **Available to withdraw**: what she can take out now. When OnlyFans sets a minimum payout, the tile shows it, such as "\$20.00 minimum payout".
    * **Pending**: money that OnlyFans has not released yet. The tile can show how often OnlyFans pays out, such as "weekly payouts".
    * **Net earned**: what reached her, after OnlyFans' cut. The tile shows the fees, such as "after \$4,120.00 fees".
    * **Gross**: what fans paid, before OnlyFans' cut, and how many payments that is.

    The tiles always count every payment OnlyX holds. Picking a type of payment, such as **Tip**, changes the list, but never the tiles.

  <Step title="Check how much history these totals cover">
    Read the line under the tiles:

    * "Complete history, back to" a date: OnlyX has read her whole history, so the totals are her lifetime earnings.
    * "Partly synced": OnlyX has not read her whole history yet. The totals are a floor, not a lifetime figure.
    * "Coverage unknown": these payments came from an older read that did not record how far back it went. Click **Sync now** to read them again.

    At the end of the line, "Synced" and a time say when OnlyX last read her earnings.

This tab has no **Net** and **Gross** switch: it shows both, always. The switch on the Dashboard, in Analytics and on **Tracking Links** does not change this tab. See [Net or gross, periods and the reporting timezone](/analytics/net-gross-and-periods).

## Find payments in the list

  <Step title="Pick a type of payment">
    In the row of buttons over the list, click a type, such as **Tip** or **Paid message**. To see every payment again, click **All**.

    You only see the types that her record really has.

  <Step title="Read a payment">
    Each row shows **Date**, **Type**, **Fan**, **Gross**, **Fee** and **Net**. On every row, **Gross** minus **Fee** equals **Net**.

  <Step title="Open the fan's conversation">
    If a fan's name is underlined with dots, click it. The **Inbox** opens on the conversation with that fan.

    A fan who paid but never wrote to her has no conversation, so his name is plain text. "—" means OnlyFans did not say who paid.

  <Step title="Go to the next page">
    The list shows 50 payments on each page. At the end of the list, use the page buttons.

The types of payment are **Subscription**, **Renewal**, **Paid message**, **Tip**, **Paid post**, **Stream** and **Referral**. A type that OnlyX does not know shows OnlyFans' own word for it.

On a phone, each payment is one row. The type, the fan and the date come first. Then comes the net amount, with the gross and the fee under it.

## Get a fresh read

OnlyX reads her earnings from OnlyFans. Opening the tab, filtering or changing the page does not contact OnlyFans.

    Next to the type buttons, click **Sync now**.

    The message "Sync queued" appears. OnlyX reads her earnings the next time her account is free to act.

  <Step title="Check the time of the last read">
    Come back after a few minutes and open the tab again. The time after "Synced" in the line under the tiles changes when the new read is in.

  Only owners and admins can sync. Chatters and content VAs also see **Sync now**, but OnlyX refuses their click with "Could not queue a sync".

## If something goes wrong

    Read the line under the tiles. If it says "Partly synced" or "Coverage unknown", OnlyX has not read her whole history. The totals are real, but they are a floor. Click **Sync now**, then check again later.

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Could not queue a sync&#x22;">
    Only owners and admins can sync. If you have one of these roles, check that the creator is connected, then try again.

    If the creator shows **Signed out**, OnlyX cannot read her earnings until she signs in again. See [Reconnect a signed-out creator](/connecting/reconnect-a-creator).

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Not synced yet — no earnings have been read from OnlyFans.&#x22;">
    OnlyX has not read her earnings yet. This is normal right after she connects. Click **Sync now**, then come back in a few minutes.

  <Accordion title="&#x22;No OnlyFans account connected&#x22;">
    The creator has no OnlyFans account in OnlyX, so there are no earnings to read. Connect her account first. See [Add your first creator](/getting-started/add-your-first-creator).

  <Accordion title="&#x22;No transactions of this type.&#x22;">
    Her record has no payment of the type you picked. Click **All** to see every payment.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Could not load earnings&#x22;">
    OnlyX could not read the list this time. Reload the page. If the message comes back, try again in a few minutes.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Clicking a fan name takes a content VA back to Creators">
    Content VAs do not have the **Inbox**, so they cannot open a fan's conversation.
