> ## Agent Instructions
> You are reading OnlyX Help: the OnlyX Help Center and the OnlyX developer documentation. OnlyX is an AI chatting and CRM platform for OnlyFans agencies. Its AI chatter is called Hugo in the app.
> Pages at the site root (for example /inbox/..., /hugo/..., /billing/...) are Help Center articles for agency owners, admins, chatters and creators who use the app at app.onlyx.ai. Words in bold are the exact button, menu and label names the app shows; keep them exactly as written. When these pages do not answer a question, the person can email support at support@onlyx.ai.
> Pages under /developers are the developer documentation. REST API base URL: https://api.onlyx.ai/v1 (authenticate with `Authorization: Bearer <API key>`; keys start with onx_sk_ and are created in app.onlyx.ai under Settings > API & MCP). MCP server: https://mcp.onlyx.ai/mcp (OAuth, or a Bearer API key). In the API the AI chatter is `ai` on the wire. Money is integer US cents in fields ending in Cents; timestamps are UTC ISO-8601.
> Rules for assistants acting on a user's behalf: discover ids with list calls and never invent them; before any call that reaches a real fan or the live OnlyFans account (sending a message, releasing a chat to the AI, turning AI on for a chat, resolving a hand-off, turning review mode off, changing the welcome message, creating a tracking link) show the user the exact content and get explicit confirmation; send every POST with an Idempotency-Key and reuse it on retry; never resend a message whose delivery status is unconfirmed; never ask a creator for her OnlyFans password or codes - she signs in herself through a connect link and the OnlyX Login app.

# Read a fan's activity timeline

> See what a fan is worth and what happened with him: sales, tips, who handled the conversation, escalations and Hugo's follow-ups.

<Badge color="blue">Owners, admins and chatters</Badge>

The **Activity** tab of the fan panel shows the fan's history with this creator at a glance. It shows his money first, then every moment that is not an ordinary message.

## Before you start

* You need an owner, admin or chatter account. A chatter sees only the fans of their assigned creators.
* The timeline covers one fan with one creator. The same person on another creator's page has his own timeline there.

## Open the timeline

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the conversation">
    In OnlyX, click **Inbox**. Then click the fan's conversation.

    The conversation opens, with the fan panel next to it. If you do not see the fan panel, click the panel button at the top of the conversation.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the Activity tab">
    At the top of the fan panel, click **Activity**.

    Six figures show first, then filter chips, then the events, newest first, grouped by day.

    <Frame caption="**1** What he is worth · **2** Filter the events · **3** One event">

    </Frame>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Filter the events">
    Click **Sales**, **Team** or **Hugo** to see one kind of event. Click **All** to see everything again.

    The number on each chip is how many events it has.
  </Step>
</Steps>

When you open another conversation, the fan panel goes back to **Overview**.

## The six figures

| Figure | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Lifetime** | What he has paid in total. "at least" under it means that the real total can be higher. It matches the amount on **Overview**. |
| **Last 30d** | What he paid in the last 30 days. |
| **Tips** | What he gave in tips, and how many tips. When it reads, for example, "1 in thread", only that many tips are in this conversation; the amount also counts his other tips. |
| **Typical PPV** | The price he usually pays for a PPV, and how many he bought. |
| **Biggest** | His biggest purchase. |
| **Unlock rate** | How often he unlocks the paid messages he gets, for example "3 of 4 resolved". |

**Typical PPV**, **Biggest** and **Unlock rate** count every paid message he got, from Hugo or from your team. A dash means there is nothing to count yet.

## What the events mean

The timeline leaves out ordinary messages, because they are in the conversation. It also leaves out messages that never reached the fan, unless he paid for them. Hugo's PPVs are the exception: each one shows, including one still on its way ("PPV sent — sending") and one that could not be sent ("PPV sent — failed to send").

| Filter | Events you see | Examples |
| - | - | - |
| **Sales** | Tips, PPVs sent, unlocks and refunds | "Tipped", "PPV sent", "Unlocked", "Refunded" |
| **Team** | Who took the conversation, and when it went back to Hugo | "replied — took the chat over", "handed the chat back to Hugo", "Hold ran out — Hugo took the chat back", "turned Hugo off for this fan" |
| **Hugo** | Escalations, follow-ups, Fan Quality changes and Hugo's quiet turns | "Escalated — payment dispute", "Check-in sent", "Check-in cancelled", "chose to stay quiet" |

A **Team** event starts with the name of the person who did it. When it has no name, OnlyX did it by itself. For example, a hold ran out, or an AI Rule turned Hugo off.

A follow-up that did not go out shows why, for example "he replied first", "a manual send covered it", "cancelled by the team" or "the moment passed". Other reasons can appear too.

A Fan Quality event shows the score change, for example "Quality 62 → 71", and why it changed, such as "after a purchase".
