# Find, sort and label your creators

> Search, sort and switch how your creator roster looks, and give an OnlyFans creator a label and color tag your team sees.

Search, sort and switch how your creator roster looks. Owners and admins can also give an OnlyFans creator a label and color tag that only your team sees.

## Before you start

* Searching, sorting and switching between grid and list work for every role.
* To change a label or color tag, you need an owner or admin account.
* A chatter or content VA works only the creators an admin assigned to them. See [Manage members, assignments and invites](/team/manage-members).

## Search, sort and switch how the roster looks

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Creators">
    In OnlyX, click **Creators**. On a phone, **Creators** is under **More**.

    The roster opens.

  <Step title="Search for a creator">
    In the search box, type part of her label, her handle or her OnlyFans display name.

    The roster narrows to what matches. The search box is not saved: it clears when you leave the page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose a sort order">
    Open the sort menu and select **Date added**, **Revenue** or **Name**.

    **Date added** shows the newest creator first. **Revenue** shows the highest earner first. **Name** sorts from A to Z. None of the three has a button to reverse the order.

  <Step title="Optional: Switch grid or list">
    On a computer, click the grid icon or the list icon, next to the sort menu.

    Grid shows creator cards. List shows compact rows. OnlyX saves your sort order and your grid-or-list choice for next time. On a phone, OnlyX always shows the grid, and there is no switch to change it.

## Change a creator's label and color tag

  This works for an OnlyFans creator. For a Telegram creator, the pencil opens her Telegram profile instead. See [Edit a Telegram creator's profile](/telegram/edit-the-profile).

    In OnlyX, click **Creators**. Then click the creator.

    Her **Overview** opens.

  <Step title="Open the label editor">
    Next to her name, click the pencil.

    The **Label and color tag** dialog opens, filled in with her current label and colour.

  <Step title="Change her label">
    In the **Label** field, enter the name your team uses for her. It can be up to 120 characters, and it cannot be empty.

    This name and the color tag are for your team only. OnlyFans' own name for her account stays exactly as it is.

  <Step title="Optional: Pick a color tag">
    Under **Color tag**, click a colour.

    The colour marks her conversations and cards across OnlyX.

  <Step title="Save">
    Click **Save**.

    The dialog closes, and a message confirms "Label saved".

## If something goes wrong

  <Accordion title="&#x22;No creator matches&#x22; appears">
    Your search text does not match any label, handle or OnlyFans display name OnlyX can find. Check the spelling, or clear the search box to see everyone again.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="&#x22;No creators assigned to you yet&#x22;">
    You are a chatter or content VA, and an admin has not assigned any creator to you. Ask an owner or admin to assign one in **Settings** > **Members**.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I don't see the pencil next to her name">
    Only owners and admins can change a label or color tag. If you are a chatter or content VA, ask an owner or admin to make the change.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The pencil is greyed out">
    This happens only for a Telegram creator whose account is not connected yet. Connect her account first. See [Edit a Telegram creator's profile](/telegram/edit-the-profile).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Save stays greyed out">
    The **Label** field is empty. Enter a name, and **Save** becomes active.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Could not save the label&#x22;">
    The message says why, when OnlyX knows the reason. Try again in a few minutes. If it keeps failing, email [support@onlyx.ai](mailto:support@onlyx.ai) and include the message you see.
