> ## Agent Instructions
> You are reading OnlyX Help: the OnlyX Help Center and the OnlyX developer documentation. OnlyX is an AI chatting and CRM platform for OnlyFans agencies. Its AI chatter is called Hugo in the app.
> Pages at the site root (for example /inbox/..., /hugo/..., /billing/...) are Help Center articles for agency owners, admins, chatters and creators who use the app at app.onlyx.ai. Words in bold are the exact button, menu and label names the app shows; keep them exactly as written. When these pages do not answer a question, the person can email support at support@onlyx.ai.
> Pages under /developers are the developer documentation. REST API base URL: https://api.onlyx.ai/v1 (authenticate with `Authorization: Bearer <API key>`; keys start with onx_sk_ and are created in app.onlyx.ai under Settings > API & MCP). MCP server: https://mcp.onlyx.ai/mcp (OAuth, or a Bearer API key). In the API the AI chatter is `ai` on the wire. Money is integer US cents in fields ending in Cents; timestamps are UTC ISO-8601.
> Rules for assistants acting on a user's behalf: discover ids with list calls and never invent them; before any call that reaches a real fan or the live OnlyFans account (sending a message, releasing a chat to the AI, turning AI on for a chat, resolving a hand-off, turning review mode off, changing the welcome message, creating a tracking link) show the user the exact content and get explicit confirmation; send every POST with an Idempotency-Key and reuse it on retry; never resend a message whose delivery status is unconfirmed; never ask a creator for her OnlyFans password or codes - she signs in herself through a connect link and the OnlyX Login app.

# Invite your team

> Invite admins, chatters and content VAs to your workspace, and choose which creators each chatter or content VA works on.

<Badge color="orange">Owners and admins</Badge>

Invite a teammate with the right role, and choose which creators they may work on.

## Before you start

* You need an owner or admin account. Only owners and admins see **Members**.
* You need your teammate's email address.

## Choose a role

Each teammate gets one of three roles:

| Role | What they can do | Which creators |
| - | - | - |
| **Admin** | Runs the workspace: creators, inbox, fans, analytics, members and invites. | Every creator, always. |
| **Chatter** | Answers fans in the inbox. No analytics, and no workspace management. | Only the creators you assign. |
| **Content VA** | Sets up **AI Persona** and **AI Content**, including the vault. Never sees the fan inbox. | Only the creators you assign. |

To learn more, see [What each team role can see and do](/team/roles-and-permissions).

  <Step title="Pick their creators">
    Under **Assigned creators**, click each creator this person may work on. To pick all of them, click **Select all**. A chatter sees only the inbox of the creators you pick.

<Note>
  The join link works for 7 days. If it runs out, resend the invite from **Pending invites**. Do not invite the same email again: OnlyX does not allow a second open invite.
</Note>

## What your teammate does

Your teammate gets an email from OnlyX with the button **Accept invite**. When they click it, a page opens with your workspace's name and their role.

* If they are new to OnlyX, they enter **Your name**, a **Password** of at least 8 characters, and **Repeat password**. **Telegram** is optional. Then they click **Create account & join**.
* If they already have an OnlyX account with that email, they click **Sign in to accept**. Then they click the button to join your workspace.

After they join, a chatter starts in the **Inbox**, a content VA on **Creators**, and an admin on the **Dashboard**. They should also confirm their email address: see [Confirm your email](/getting-started/confirm-your-email). For their side of the steps, see [Join a team from an invite](/team/join-from-an-invite).

## Manage a pending invite

Each invite under **Pending invites** has three icon buttons:

* The link icon copies the invite link, so you can send it to them yourself.
* The circle of arrows sends the email again. The same link then works for 7 more days.
* The bin removes the invite at once. OnlyX does not ask you to confirm.

To change a chatter's or a content VA's creators later, go to their row in **Members**. Click the button that counts their creators, for example "2 creators". Pick the creators, then click **Save**. See [Manage members, assignments and invites](/team/manage-members).
