OnlyX is an AI chatting and CRM platform for OnlyFans agencies. Its AI chatter is called Hugo in the app. > Pages at the site root (for example /inbox/..., /hugo/..., /billing/...) are Help Center articles for agency owners, admins, chatters and creators who use the app at app.onlyx.ai. Words in bold are the exact button, menu and label names the app shows; keep them exactly as written. When these pages do not answer a question, the person can email support at support@onlyx.ai. > Pages under /developers are the developer documentation. REST API base URL: https://api.onlyx.ai/v1 (authenticate with `Authorization: Bearer `; keys start with onx_sk_ and are created in app.onlyx.ai under Settings > API & MCP). MCP server: https://mcp.onlyx.ai/mcp (OAuth, or a Bearer API key). In the API the AI chatter is `ai` on the wire. Money is integer US cents in fields ending in Cents; timestamps are UTC ISO-8601. > Rules for assistants acting on a user's behalf: discover ids with list calls and never invent them; before any call that reaches a real fan or the live OnlyFans account (sending a message, releasing a chat to the AI, turning AI on for a chat, resolving a hand-off, turning review mode off, changing the welcome message, creating a tracking link) show the user the exact content and get explicit confirmation; send every POST with an Idempotency-Key and reuse it on retry; never resend a message whose delivery status is unconfirmed; never ask a creator for her OnlyFans password or codes - she signs in herself through a connect link and the OnlyX Login app. # Find your way around OnlyX > Learn where everything is in OnlyX: the sidebar, the phone tab bar, the creator switcher, the SFW blur, the theme and your account menu. Everyone Learn where each part of OnlyX is, on a computer and on a phone. Then you can find any page fast. ## The sidebar on a computer The sidebar is on every page. It has three parts: | Part of the sidebar | What is there | | - | - | | First group | **Dashboard**, **Inbox** and **Analytics**: the pages you use every day. | | Second group | **Creators**, **Billing** and **Settings**: your creators, your credits and your settings. | | Bottom of the sidebar | **Referrals**, the **SFW** switch, and your account menu with your name. | Click the OnlyX name at the top of the sidebar to go back to your first page. For owners and admins, that is the **Dashboard**. To make more room, click **Collapse sidebar**. The sidebar then shows only icons, and **Expand sidebar** opens it again. ## What you see depends on your role OnlyX shows each person only the pages their role may open. So two people on your team can see a different sidebar: | Role | Pages in the sidebar | First page after sign-in | | - | - | - | | Owner, admin | All pages | **Dashboard** | | Chatter | **Inbox**, **Creators** and **Settings** | **Inbox** | | Content VA | **Creators** and **Settings** | **Creators** | Chatters and content VAs also see only the creators assigned to them. To learn more, see [What each team role can see and do](/team/roles-and-permissions). ## On a phone On a phone, a tab bar at the bottom of the screen takes the place of the sidebar. It holds **Dashboard**, **Inbox**, **Analytics** and **More**, as far as your role allows. **More** opens a sheet with the rest: **Creators**, **Billing**, **Settings**, **Referrals**, the **SFW** switch and your account menu. **More** lights up while you are on one of these pages. The tab bar hides while a conversation is open in the inbox. Go back to the conversation list to see it again. ## Move between creators On a creator's page, her tabs are in two groups: * Hugo's tabs: **Overview**, **AI Persona**, **AI Content**, **Custom Content**, **AI Follow-ups**, **AI Rules** and **AI Sexting**. * Her platform's tabs. For OnlyFans: **Earnings**, **Fans**, **Vault**, **Tracking Links** and **Welcome message**. For Telegram: **Payments**, **Media**, **Earnings** and **Fans**. Chatters and content VAs do not see the **Fans** tab. On a phone, the tabs are a row that you scroll sideways. To go to another creator, click her name at the top of the page. A search box opens: type a name, then click the creator. You stay on the same tab, for example **AI Content**. The arrow before her name takes you back to the **Creators** page. ## Blur photos and video Click **SFW** at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone, **SFW** is under **More**. Photos and video then blur until you point at them with the mouse. Names, messages and figures stay readable. You find the same setting in **Settings** > **Appearance**, as **Blur media**. It works only in the browser where you turn it on. On another computer or phone, turn it on there too. ## Change the theme Click your account menu, then **Theme**. Select **System**, **Light** or **Dark**. You can also choose the theme in **Settings** > **Appearance**. The theme also applies only to the browser where you choose it. ## Switch workspace, or log out Your account menu is at the bottom of the sidebar, and on a phone under **More**. It lists every workspace you belong to, with a tick next to the one you are in. * To switch, click another workspace. OnlyX opens again in that workspace. * To start a second agency, click **New workspace**. Enter a **Name**, then click **Create workspace**. You are the owner of the new workspace. ## If something goes wrong Your role does not include these pages. Ask an owner or admin if you need them. The sidebar is collapsed. Click **Expand sidebar** to open it again. **SFW** is on in this browser. Click **SFW** at the bottom of the sidebar to turn it off. The creator's name works as a switcher only when you can see more than one creator. ## What's next
