> You are reading OnlyX Help: the OnlyX Help Center and the OnlyX developer documentation. OnlyX is an AI chatting and CRM platform for OnlyFans agencies. Its AI chatter is called Hugo in the app.

# Create your agency account

> Sign up for OnlyX with your name, agency name, Telegram, email and password. You get a new workspace, and you are its owner.

When you sign up, OnlyX makes a new workspace for your agency. You are its owner.

## Before you start

* You need an email address that you can open now. OnlyX sends a link to it, and you must open that link within 7 days.
* You need your Telegram username. OnlyX uses it to reach you about your account.
* If your agency already uses OnlyX, do not sign up here. Ask an owner or admin of your agency for an invite. Signing up always creates a new, separate workspace.
* If another agency sent you a referral link, open that link to sign up. The agency's code comes with it.

## Sign up

    Go to `app.onlyx.ai`. Under "New to OnlyX?", click **Create an account**.

    The page "Create your agency account" opens. If you came from a referral link, the page also shows "Invited with code" and the agency's code.

  <Step title="Enter your name">
    In the **Name** field, enter your own name. This field is optional.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your agency name">
    In the **Agency name** field, enter the name of your agency. As the field says, it is "What your team and your creators will see. You can rename it later."

    The name can be up to 160 characters. If you leave the field empty, OnlyX names the workspace after you, for example Alex's agency.

  <Step title="Enter your Telegram username">
    In the **Telegram** field, enter your Telegram username. You can type `@yourhandle` or `yourhandle`, or paste your `t.me/yourhandle` link.

    This field is required. If it is empty, **Create account** does nothing and shows no message.

  <Step title="Enter your email and a password">
    In the **Email** field, enter your email address. Check it carefully: you cannot change it later in OnlyX.

    In the **Password** field, enter a password of at least 8 characters.

  <Step title="Create the account">
    Click **Create account**.

    OnlyX signs you in and opens the **Dashboard** of your new workspace. You are its owner.

  <Step title="Confirm your email">
    Open the email "Welcome to OnlyX — confirm your email". Then click **Confirm email and add your creator**.

    A page opens and shows "Your email is confirmed." For the details, see [Confirm your email](/getting-started/confirm-your-email).

## Change your details later

* To rename your agency, click **Settings**, then **My Workspace**. Owners and admins can do this.
* To change your Telegram username, click **Settings**, then **My Profile**.
* You cannot change your email address in OnlyX. To change it, email [support@onlyx.ai](mailto:support@onlyx.ai).

## If something goes wrong

    The **Telegram** field is empty. OnlyX needs your Telegram username, but it does not show a message when the field is empty. Enter your username, then click **Create account** again.

    The **Email** field or the **Password** field is empty. Fill in both, and the button becomes active.

    OnlyX cannot read a Telegram username in what you entered. Enter your username, not your phone number or your display name. You find the username in Telegram, in your profile settings.

    You already have an OnlyX account with this email address. Under "Already have an account?", click **Sign in**.

    To run a second agency with the same account, sign in and create a new workspace. See [Work in several workspaces](/team/several-workspaces).

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Password must be at least 8 characters&#x22;">
    Your password is too short. Enter a password of 8 characters or more, then click **Create account** again.

  <Accordion title="The welcome email does not arrive">
    Check your spam folder. The email comes from OnlyX, `no-reply@onlyx.ai`. If it is not there, send yourself a new link from **Settings** > **Security**. See [Confirm your email](/getting-started/confirm-your-email).
