# Add credits so Hugo can sell

Add credits with USDT or USDC. OnlyX takes its share of Hugo's sales from these credits, so Hugo keeps working for your creators.

## Before you start

* You need an owner or admin account. Only owners and admins see **Billing**.
* You need a crypto wallet with USDT or USDC. OnlyX does not take card payments.
* A new workspace starts with $10 of credits. That is less than the $25 warning level, so **Billing** shows **Running low** at first. This is expected.

## How OnlyX uses your credits

When a fan unlocks a PPV that Hugo sent, OnlyX charges 10% of the net. The net is what is left after OnlyFans takes its 20%. Everything else is free. To learn more, see [How billing works](/billing/how-billing-works).

During the day, these charges add up as **Pending usage**. Once a day, shortly after midnight UTC, OnlyX takes them from your **Credits**. The **Balance** card shows the sum: **Credits** minus **Pending usage** is your **Net balance**.

## Add credits

  <Step title="Open Billing">
    In OnlyX, click **Billing**. On a phone, **Billing** is under **More**.

    The **Overview** tab opens.

  <Step title="Start a deposit">
    On the **Balance** card, click **Add credits**.

    The **Deposit balance** window opens.

  <Step title="Choose the amount">
    Click one of the amounts, or enter your own. The smallest deposit is 50 and the largest is 10,000. One USDT or USDC adds one dollar of credits.

    The window shows how many dollars you get, for example "\$200 credited".

  <Step title="Choose the coin and the network">
    Under **Pay with**, USDT on TRON is marked **Recommended**: it has the lowest fees. To pay with another coin or network, click **Show all 9 networks**. Then pick the one your wallet uses.

  <Step title="Get the payment address">
    Click **Continue**.

    The window shows the exact amount to send, the network, and an address as a QR code and as text. The address is yours for 60 minutes. A timer shows the time left to pay.

  <Step title="Send the payment from your wallet">
    In your wallet, scan the QR code or paste the address. Type the amount yourself: the QR code holds only the address. Choose the same coin and network as in OnlyX. Then send the payment.

  <Step title="Wait for the payment to arrive">
    The window shows "Confirming on-chain". This usually takes 2 to 15 minutes. You can close the window: the credit arrives either way.

    When the coins arrive, the window shows "Payment received", and your balance goes up. The deposit shows in **Transactions** as "Crypto deposit".

  Send exactly the coin and the network that the window names, to the address it shows. OnlyX credits the coins that arrive: network fees come out of the amount you send.

You can have only one open deposit at a time. To stop a deposit that you have not paid, click **Add credits** again, then **Cancel deposit**. You can cancel only while the window waits for your payment.

## What happens when your credits run out

Nothing stops the moment your balance reaches \$0. The status card at the top of **Billing** shows one of these states:

| State | What it means |
| - | - |
| **All good** | You have enough credits. Hugo is selling. |
| **Running low** | Less than \$25 is left. Hugo is still selling. This is the time to add credits. |
| **Grace period** | Your balance is below $0. Hugo keeps selling for now, for up to 7 days or until you owe $500. |
| **Hugo is paused** | The 7 days ended, or you owe \$500 or more. The page also shows **AI paused**. |

When Hugo is paused, he stops answering and selling for all your creators. Your team can still work in the inbox, and nothing is lost.

To start Hugo again, add credits. The card tells you how much you need:

* If you owe $500 or more within the 7 days, add enough to owe less than $500.
* If the 7 days ended, add enough to pay everything you owe.

Hugo starts again within a few minutes after the credits arrive. Owners and admins get an email when the credits run out and when Hugo is paused. After your first deposit, they also get one when the balance runs low.

## If something goes wrong

    Enter 50 or more. The same limit applies to USDC.

    Enter 10,000 or less. To add more, make several deposits, one after the other.

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Finish or cancel the current deposit first.&#x22;">
    You already have an open deposit. Click **Add credits** to see it. Pay it, or click **Cancel deposit** if you have not paid yet.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="&#x22;This address has expired.&#x22;">
    The 60 minutes are over. Close the window and start a new deposit. If you sent coins to the old address, OnlyX still credits them when they arrive.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Less arrived than the&#x22; amount quoted">
    Network fees came out of the amount you sent. OnlyX credits what arrived. Next time, send a little more: OnlyX credits the whole amount that arrives.

  <Accordion title="My payment has not arrived after 15 minutes">
    Check in your wallet that the payment went out on the right network, to the right address. If it did and the credit is still missing, email [support@onlyx.ai](mailto:support@onlyx.ai). Include the amount, the coin, the network and the date.
