> ## Agent Instructions
> You are reading OnlyX Help: the OnlyX Help Center and the OnlyX developer documentation. OnlyX is an AI chatting and CRM platform for OnlyFans agencies. Its AI chatter is called Hugo in the app.
> Pages at the site root (for example /inbox/..., /hugo/..., /billing/...) are Help Center articles for agency owners, admins, chatters and creators who use the app at app.onlyx.ai. Words in bold are the exact button, menu and label names the app shows; keep them exactly as written. When these pages do not answer a question, the person can email support at support@onlyx.ai.
> Pages under /developers are the developer documentation. REST API base URL: https://api.onlyx.ai/v1 (authenticate with `Authorization: Bearer <API key>`; keys start with onx_sk_ and are created in app.onlyx.ai under Settings > API & MCP). MCP server: https://mcp.onlyx.ai/mcp (OAuth, or a Bearer API key). In the API the AI chatter is `ai` on the wire. Money is integer US cents in fields ending in Cents; timestamps are UTC ISO-8601.
> Rules for assistants acting on a user's behalf: discover ids with list calls and never invent them; before any call that reaches a real fan or the live OnlyFans account (sending a message, releasing a chat to the AI, turning AI on for a chat, resolving a hand-off, turning review mode off, changing the welcome message, creating a tracking link) show the user the exact content and get explicit confirmation; send every POST with an Idempotency-Key and reuse it on retry; never resend a message whose delivery status is unconfirmed; never ask a creator for her OnlyFans password or codes - she signs in herself through a connect link and the OnlyX Login app.

# Claude

> Add OnlyX to Claude as a custom connector in one click, sign in with OAuth, and use it on claude.ai, Claude Desktop and the mobile apps. Includes Team and Enterprise setup.

OnlyX connects to Claude as a **custom connector**. You add it once on claude.ai, and it works on claude.ai, in Claude Desktop and in the Claude mobile apps signed in to the same account.

**You need**: a Claude plan with custom connectors (Free allows one custom connector; Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise allow more), and to be an **owner or admin** of your OnlyX workspace to approve the connection.

## One click

<Card title="Add OnlyX to Claude" icon="plug" href="https://claude.ai/customize/connectors?modal=add-custom-connector&connectorName=OnlyX&connectorUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fmcp.onlyx.ai%2Fmcp" horizontal>
  Opens Claude with the OnlyX connector filled in. You confirm, then sign in to OnlyX.
</Card>

The button opens this link:

```text theme={"system"}
https://claude.ai/customize/connectors?modal=add-custom-connector&connectorName=OnlyX&connectorUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fmcp.onlyx.ai%2Fmcp
```

<Steps>
  <Step title="Confirm the connector">
    Claude opens **Customize → Connectors** with the form filled in: name `OnlyX`, URL `https://mcp.onlyx.ai/mcp`. Leave **Advanced settings** empty: OnlyX registers Claude automatically, so no client ID or secret is needed. Click **Add**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in to OnlyX">
    Click **Connect**. A window opens on `app.onlyx.ai`. Sign in (with 2FA if you use it), choose the workspace, optionally limit Claude to some creators, review what Claude asks for, and click **Approve**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Use it in a chat">
    Back in Claude, OnlyX shows as connected. In a chat, open the tools menu under the message box and make sure **OnlyX** is on. Then ask: *"Which OnlyX workspace am I connected to?"*
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Add it by hand

If the link does not open the form (for example you were signed out and Claude lost it):

1. Go to [claude.ai](https://claude.ai) → **Customize → Connectors**.
2. Click **+** and choose **Add custom connector**.
3. Name: `OnlyX`. Remote MCP server URL: `https://mcp.onlyx.ai/mcp`.
4. Click **Add**, then **Connect**, and sign in to OnlyX as above.

## Team and Enterprise

On Team and Enterprise plans, an organization **Owner** adds custom connectors for everyone:

1. The Owner opens **Organization settings → Connectors** ([claude.ai/admin-settings/connectors](https://claude.ai/admin-settings/connectors)), clicks **Add**, chooses **Custom → Web**, and enters `OnlyX` and `https://mcp.onlyx.ai/mcp`. Or uses the organization link:

   ```text theme={"system"}
   https://claude.ai/admin-settings/connectors?modal=add-custom-connector&connectorName=OnlyX&connectorUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fmcp.onlyx.ai%2Fmcp
   ```

2. Each member then opens **Customize → Connectors**, finds **OnlyX** (marked Custom), and clicks **Connect**.

3. Each member signs in with **their own** OnlyX account. Only OnlyX owners and admins can approve a connection; other team members see a message that they cannot.

Every member's connection is separate and appears in OnlyX under **Settings → API & MCP → Connected apps**.

## Claude Desktop and mobile

Connectors you add on claude.ai are available in Claude Desktop and in the iOS and Android apps signed in to the same Claude account. In Claude Desktop you can also add it from **Settings → Connectors** with the same name and URL. You do not need any local installation or configuration file.

## Tool approvals

Claude asks before it uses a connector's tools, and lets you choose whether to allow a tool once or always. We recommend keeping approval on for tools that change things (`send_message`, `update_creator`, `release_conversation`, `set_conversation_ai`, `resolve_handoff`, `update_ai_settings`, `update_welcome_message`, `create_tracking_link`), even after you allow the read tools permanently. OnlyX's tools also tell Claude to show you the exact message or change and wait for your yes.

## Want Claude read-only?

The OAuth connection has the permissions shown on the consent screen. To give Claude read access only:

* use a **Read only** API key in a client that accepts a header, such as [Claude Code](/developers/mcp/claude-code); or
* if your Claude connector dialog offers **request headers**, add a header named `Authorization` with the value `Bearer onx_sk_...` (a Read only key) and choose no OAuth sign-in. Headers and OAuth cannot be combined, and connector settings cannot be edited later: remove and re-add the connector to change them.

## Troubleshooting

| Problem | Fix |
| - | - |
| "You can only add one custom connector" | The Free plan allows one. Remove another custom connector or upgrade. |
| The sign-in window says you cannot approve | Only owners and admins of an OnlyX workspace can connect apps. Ask one to connect, or to change your role. |
| Claude says the connector failed to connect | Check the URL is exactly `https://mcp.onlyx.ai/mcp` (no trailing slash), then remove the connector and add it again. |
| Claude stops seeing OnlyX data | The connection was revoked or your OnlyX role changed. Click **Connect** again on the connector. |
| Claude does not use OnlyX in a chat | Turn OnlyX on in the chat's tools menu, or mention it: "use OnlyX to…". |
