# Choose a creator's preferred location

> Pick the country that a new creator's OnlyFans browser runs from, and learn what happens when no address is free in that country.

Each creator's browser in OnlyX goes online from its own internet address. **Preferred location** chooses the country of that address. You choose it once, when you add the creator.

## Why the country matters

OnlyFans notices when an account suddenly signs in from an unexpected country. Pick the country where the creator lives, or the one she usually signs in from. For most creators, that is the United States.

Moving a connected creator to another country later is the kind of change that OnlyFans questions. So OnlyX asks for the country only once, when you add her. You cannot change it later in OnlyX.

## Before you start

* You need an owner or admin account in OnlyX.
* The field shows only for OnlyFans creators. A Telegram creator has no browser, so she has no location.

## Choose the location

    In OnlyX, click **Creators**. Then click **Add creator**.

    The **Add creator account** window opens.

    In the **Display name** field, enter the name your team uses for her. OnlyX picks a **Color tag** for her, and you can change it.

  <Step title="Keep OnlyFans as the platform">
    Under **Platform**, keep **OnlyFans** selected.

    The **Preferred location** field appears under it.

  <Step title="Pick her country">
    Under **Preferred location**, click the card of her country. The United States is first, and it is selected when the window opens.

    If her country has no card, click **Other**, then search for her country.

    Click **Connect**.

## How the list of countries works

* The cards show only countries that have a free address right now. OnlyX reads the list each time you open the window.
* The United States always comes first when it has a free address. The other cards are the countries with the most free addresses.
* **Other** shows how many more countries there are. Pick one there, and the tile shows that country instead.
* The cards do not show how many addresses are left.
* Country names show in the language of your browser.
* If you close the window without adding the creator, your choice is not kept. The window starts with the United States again.

## If no address is free in her country

The location is a preference, not a promise. If her country has no free address when you click **Connect**, OnlyX still adds the creator. It places her in another country for now, and a warning says "No address was free in" her country. The warning names the country she is in for now.

Her chosen country is saved as her location, so she can move there when an address is free.

  If she must not sign in from another country, do not sign her in yet. Close the sign-in window and email OnlyX support at [support@onlyx.ai](mailto:support@onlyx.ai). OnlyX cannot move her to another country from the app.

## If something goes wrong

    The field shows only when **OnlyFans** is the platform, and only when OnlyX has countries to offer. Without the field, OnlyX gives her whatever address is free.

    The list shows only countries with a free address right now. Check under **Other** first. If her country is not there, email OnlyX support at [support@onlyx.ai](mailto:support@onlyx.ai) before you add her.

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Could not add creator&#x22;">
    OnlyX could not add the creator, and the message says why. The window stays open, and the list of countries loads again. A country that ran out of addresses a moment ago leaves the list. Pick again, then click **Connect**.

  <Accordion title="I picked the wrong country">
    There is no setting to change it later. If she is not signed in yet, you can delete the creator and add her again. See [Open browser, Disconnect or Delete a creator](/connecting/disconnect-or-delete).
