# Open browser, Disconnect or Delete a creator

> Learn what Open browser, Disconnect and Delete creator do, which one keeps the creator's data, and why the Danger zone button deletes.

Three actions on a creator look alike, but they do very different things. This page shows what each one does, and which one keeps her data.

## Which one do you need?

| You want to | Use | Her data |

| Look at her OnlyFans account, or fix something in it by hand | **Open browser** | Kept. Other work on the account pauses while the window is open. |
| Stop OnlyX from running her browser for now, or make room for another creator | **Disconnect** in her menu on the **Creators** page | Kept |
| Remove her from OnlyX for good | **Delete creator** | Deleted. This cannot be undone. |

  On her own page, the **Danger zone** has a button called **Disconnect**. It does not disconnect her. It deletes the creator, like **Delete creator**.

## Before you start

* You need an owner or admin account in OnlyX.
* **Open browser** and **Disconnect** are for OnlyFans creators. A Telegram creator has only **Delete creator**.

## Open her browser

Use **Open browser** to see her OnlyFans account as OnlyX sees it, or to fix something by hand.

    On her card, click **Open browser**.

    A window opens with her name and a **Connected** badge. It shows her browser, signed in to OnlyFans. The window says "All other work with this account is paused until this browser session is closed."

  <Step title="Do what you need">
    Use her OnlyFans account as you would in your own browser. **Paste** at the top of the window types your clipboard into the field that you last clicked.

  <Step title="Close the window">
    When you are done, close the window. Work on her account starts again.

While the window is open, all other work on her account waits, syncing included. Close the window as soon as you are done. If you leave the page or close the tab, the pause also ends.

## Disconnect a creator and keep her data

**Disconnect** stops OnlyX from running her browser. It frees room for another creator, and it keeps everything: the creator, her conversations, fans, vault and earnings. It also keeps her internet address and her signed-in browser profile.

    Select **Disconnect**. OnlyX does not ask you to confirm.

    A message says that she is disconnected, and that her conversations, fans, vault and earnings are kept. Her status changes to **Disconnected**.

While she is **Disconnected**, nothing syncs and Hugo does not reply to her fans. OnlyX does not send the **Creator signed out** alert for a disconnect that you did yourself.

To bring her back, click **Sign in** on her card. Because her browser profile is kept, she often does not need to sign in to OnlyFans again.

## Delete a creator

Deleting removes the creator from OnlyX, with her fans, every conversation, her persona and her media. It cannot be undone. To bring her back, you add her again and sign her in again.

    In the **Danger zone**, click **Disconnect**.

    A window asks "Delete" and her name. It says what goes, and that it cannot be undone. For an OnlyFans creator, it also says how to keep her data instead: use **Disconnect** in her menu.

  <Step title="Confirm or cancel">
    To keep her, click **Cancel**. **Cancel** is already selected, so pressing <kbd>Enter</kbd> keeps her too.

    To delete her, click **Delete creator**. A message says that she is deleted, and the **Creators** page opens.

## Clean up a fan account or a second copy

Some creators show a red status. Signing in again does not fix them, so you delete them from her **Overview**:

* **Not a creator account**: someone signed in with a fan account. On her **Overview**, click **Delete creator** in the red alert, then confirm. Then add the creator again with her own OnlyFans account.
* **Already connected**: this creator is a second copy of an account that another creator already has. On her **Overview**, click **Delete this copy**, then confirm. The window says "Only this copy goes. The creator already connected to that OnlyFans account keeps hers."

## If something goes wrong

    Chatters and content VAs cannot use these actions. **Open browser** shows only on a **Connected** creator. A Telegram creator has no **Open browser** and no **Disconnect**.

  <Accordion title="I clicked Disconnect in the Danger zone by mistake">
    Nothing is deleted yet. The window only asks you to confirm. Click **Cancel**.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Could not disconnect&#x22;">
    OnlyX could not disconnect her. Try again in a moment. If it keeps happening, email OnlyX support at [support@onlyx.ai](mailto:support@onlyx.ai) and include the message.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Could not delete&#x22; and her name">
    OnlyX could not delete her, and the message says why. The window stays open. Try again, or click **Cancel**.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Browser session ended&#x22;">
    The pause on her account ended on the OnlyX side, so the window closed. Work on her account has started again. Click **Open browser** again if you still need it.
  </Accordion>

    Chatters and content VAs can see the **Danger zone** on a creator's page, but OnlyX refuses the delete for them.
