> ## Agent Instructions
> You are reading OnlyX Help: the OnlyX Help Center and the OnlyX developer documentation. OnlyX is an AI chatting and CRM platform for OnlyFans agencies. Its AI chatter is called Hugo in the app.
> Pages at the site root (for example /inbox/..., /hugo/..., /billing/...) are Help Center articles for agency owners, admins, chatters and creators who use the app at app.onlyx.ai. Words in bold are the exact button, menu and label names the app shows; keep them exactly as written. When these pages do not answer a question, the person can email support at support@onlyx.ai.
> Pages under /developers are the developer documentation. REST API base URL: https://api.onlyx.ai/v1 (authenticate with `Authorization: Bearer <API key>`; keys start with onx_sk_ and are created in app.onlyx.ai under Settings > API & MCP). MCP server: https://mcp.onlyx.ai/mcp (OAuth, or a Bearer API key). In the API the AI chatter is `ai` on the wire. Money is integer US cents in fields ending in Cents; timestamps are UTC ISO-8601.
> Rules for assistants acting on a user's behalf: discover ids with list calls and never invent them; before any call that reaches a real fan or the live OnlyFans account (sending a message, releasing a chat to the AI, turning AI on for a chat, resolving a hand-off, turning review mode off, changing the welcome message, creating a tracking link) show the user the exact content and get explicit confirmation; send every POST with an Idempotency-Key and reuse it on retry; never resend a message whose delivery status is unconfirmed; never ask a creator for her OnlyFans password or codes - she signs in herself through a connect link and the OnlyX Login app.

# Billing emails and alerts

> The five billing alerts OnlyX sends to owners and admins, when each one arrives, and how to turn them on or off for email and Telegram.

<Badge color="orange">Owners and admins</Badge>

OnlyX alerts owners and admins when something changes in billing. Alerts come by email, and on Telegram if you connected it.

## The five billing alerts

| Alert | When OnlyX sends it | Email subject |
| - | - | - |
| **Payment received** | Each time a deposit adds credits to your balance. | "Payment received — \$200.00 in credits" |
| **Balance running low** | Your **Credits** fall under \$25, once your workspace has put in its own money. | "Your OnlyX balance is running low" |
| **Out of credits** | Your credits go below zero and the grace period starts. | "Action needed — your OnlyX workspace is out of credits" |
| **Hugo paused** | The debt is more than 7 days old, or reaches \$500. | "Hugo is paused — unpaid balance on OnlyX" |
| **Hugo resumed** | Hugo is allowed to work again after a pause. | "Hugo has resumed selling on OnlyX" |

Each alert is sent once, when the change happens. It is not repeated while the state lasts. The button in every email opens the **Billing** page.

The emails come from `no-reply@onlyx.ai`, with the sender name OnlyX. The Telegram message has the same heading and text as the email. Instead of a button, it ends with a link to the same page. It leaves out the small print at the bottom of the email, so it has no transaction ID.

## Who gets them

Only the owners and admins of the workspace get billing alerts. Chatters and content VAs can see the same switches in their own settings, but they get none of these alerts.

Each person chooses their own channels. Your choice applies only to you, and only in the workspace you are in.

## Turn a billing alert on or off

All five alerts are on by default, for both email and Telegram.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open your notification settings">
    In OnlyX, click **Settings**. Then click **Notifications**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Find the billing alerts">
    Scroll to the **Workspace alerts** card. It lists the five billing alerts, with an **Email** switch and a **Telegram** switch for each.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Turn a switch on or off">
    Click the switch for the alert and the channel. The change saves at once.

    The **Telegram** switches stay dimmed until you connect Telegram. You do this in the **Telegram** card, at the top of the same tab. See [Choose your notifications](/account/notifications).

  If every owner and admin turns an alert off on both channels, nobody is told when it happens.

## What each alert says

* **Payment received** gives the amount added, the coin and the network, and your new balance. If you still owe money, it says how much. The small print at the bottom of the email gives the payment's transaction ID.

  If the payment pays everything you owe while Hugo is paused, it says that Hugo has resumed selling. If Hugo is still paused when the payment lands, it says so.
* **Balance running low** gives the credits you have left, "under the \$25.00 warning line".
* **Out of credits** gives the amount you owe. It says Hugo pauses if the balance stays unpaid for 7 days, or sooner if the debt reaches \$500.00. It adds: "AI fees keep accruing during the grace period."
* **Hugo paused** says which limit was reached: \$500 of debt, or 7 days unpaid. It says "AI selling is paused.", but in fact Hugo stops all his replies, not only his sales. See [Low balance, grace period and "Hugo is paused"](/billing/low-balance-and-pause).
* **Hugo resumed** says Hugo works again. If you still owe money, it says how much, and that the grace clock is running.

## Good to know

* The app warns you before the email does. The app's **Running low** state uses your **Net balance**. The email uses your **Credits**, which do not include today's fees.
* A new workspace gets no low-balance email. The email comes only after the workspace adds its own money. That is a deposit, or referral rewards moved into the balance. On the \$10 of **Welcome credits**, the app shows **Running low**, but no email is sent.
* You get one low-balance email for each drop. The next one can come only after your credits climb back to \$30 or more, or go below zero.
* The low-balance email waits an hour after a payment. The receipt already told you your new balance.
* A deposit that pays everything you owe during a pause sends one email only. The **Payment received** email says that Hugo has resumed, and no **Hugo resumed** alert follows. A smaller deposit that brings your debt under \$500 within the 7 days sends two alerts. The **Payment received** email says Hugo is still paused, and **Hugo resumed** follows within about 5 minutes.
* One daily charge can skip a step. If it takes your debt to \$500 or more, you get **Hugo paused** without **Out of credits** first.
* Moving referral rewards into your balance can also end a pause. If it clears the whole debt, no alert is sent: check the **Billing** page.
* There are only these five alerts. OnlyX sends no email for a failed deposit, and no countdown during the grace period.

## If something goes wrong

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="I did not get a low-balance email">
    Check these causes in order:

    * Your **Credits** are still \$25 or more. The app's **Running low** uses your **Net balance**, so it can show before the email is due.
    * Your workspace has not made a deposit yet, so the email does not go out.
    * You already got one for this drop.
    * A payment came in during the last hour.
    * You turned off **Balance running low** in **Settings** > **Notifications**.
