# Add credits with USDT or USDC

> Top up your prepaid OnlyX balance with a USDT or USDC deposit: pick an amount and a network, send exactly that amount, and wait for the credit.

Add credits to your OnlyX balance with a USDT or USDC deposit. Each coin you send adds one dollar.

## Before you start

* You need an owner or admin account. Only owners and admins see **Billing**.
* You need a crypto wallet or an exchange account that can send USDT or USDC.
* You can deposit from 50 to 10,000 coins at a time.
* A workspace can have only one open deposit at a time.

## Choose the amount and the network

  <Step title="Open the Billing page">
    In OnlyX, click **Billing**. On a phone, tap **More**, then **Billing**.

    The page opens on the **Overview** tab.

  <Step title="Open the deposit window">
    On the **Balance** card, click **Add credits**.

    The **Deposit balance** window opens. A new deposit starts with 200 USDT on TRON.

  <Step title="Choose an amount">
    Under **Amount (USDT)**, click one of the amounts: 100, 200, 300, 500, 1,000 or 2,000. To use another amount, enter it in the field.

    The amount is in coins. Next to the field, the window shows what you get, for example "\$200 credited".

  <Step title="Choose the coin and the network">
    Under **Pay with**, keep **USDT on TRON** if your wallet has it. It is marked **Recommended**, with "Cheapest fees · usually under a minute".

    If your wallet holds another coin or network, click **Show all 9 networks**. Then click the one your wallet uses.

  <Step title="Continue to the payment">
    Click **Continue**.

    The window shows the amount to send, the address to send it to, and a timer.

## Send the payment

  <Step title="Check the amount and the network">
    At the top of the window, read the line that starts with "Send exactly", for example "Send exactly 200 USDT on TRON".

    This is the exact amount, coin and network to use in your wallet.

  <Step title="Copy the address">
    Scan the QR code with your wallet. Or click the copy button next to the address.

    When you copy it, the message "Address copied" shows.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter the amount in your wallet">
    In your wallet, choose the same coin and the same network. Then enter the exact amount yourself. The QR code holds only the address, not the amount.

    <Warning>
      You are credited for the coins that arrive. If your wallet takes its network fee out of the amount you send, less arrives and you get less credit.

  <Step title="Send the payment before the timer ends">
    Send the payment from your wallet. The address is reserved for you for 60 minutes, and the timer shows the time left.

  <Step title="Wait for the confirmation">
    When the network sees your payment, **Waiting for your payment** changes to **Confirming on-chain**. The window says this usually takes 2 to 15 minutes.

    You can close the window now. The credit lands either way.

  <Step title="Check that the payment arrived">
    If the window is still open, it shows **Payment received** and the amount added to your balance. Click **Done**.

The deposit also shows as a **Crypto deposit** row on the **Transactions** tab. Owners and admins get a "Payment received" email, unless they turned it off. If Hugo was paused and the deposit covers what you owe, Hugo works again at once.

## Networks you can use

| **USDT on Ethereum** | "Highest fees — only if your wallet is here" |
| **USDC on Ethereum** | "Highest fees — only if your wallet is here" |

There is no USDC on TRON. Whatever you choose, 1 USDT or 1 USDC adds \$1.

## Cancel a deposit you have not paid

In the **Deposit balance** window, click **Cancel deposit**. If you closed the window, click **Add credits** again: it opens on the open deposit. Do not send coins to an address you cancelled.

You can cancel only while the window shows **Waiting for your payment**. **Close** hides the window but does not cancel the deposit.

## If something goes wrong

    The amount is under the minimum, so **Continue** stays greyed out. Enter 50 or more.

  <Accordion title="&#x22;The largest deposit is 10000 USDT. Split it, or ask support.&#x22;">
    The amount is over the maximum. Deposit 10,000 or less. When that credit lands, make a second deposit for the rest. To ask support, email [support@onlyx.ai](mailto:support@onlyx.ai).

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Could not start the deposit&#x22; with &#x22;Finish or cancel the current deposit first.&#x22;">
    Another deposit is still open in this workspace. Another owner or admin may have started it. Click **Close**, then click **Add credits** again: the window opens on that deposit. Pay it, or click **Cancel deposit** and start again.

  <Accordion title={'"Could not start the deposit" with "The network\'s own minimum for …"'}>
    Right now, the network asks for more than your amount. The message usually names the minimum. Deposit at least that much. If you chose Ethereum, the message suggests a cheaper network.

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Less arrived than the $200 quoted&#x22;">
    Your wallet took its network fee out of the amount you sent. You are credited for what arrived. To add the rest, start a new deposit.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="&#x22;This address has expired&#x22; or &#x22;Deposit expired&#x22;">
    The 60 minutes ran out before a payment arrived. Wait until the window closes with "Deposit expired", which can take up to about 5 minutes. Or click **Cancel deposit**.

    Then click **Add credits** to start a new deposit with a new address. The app says: "anything you sent to it is still credited when it lands."
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Deposit cancelled&#x22;, but I did not cancel it">
    Someone cancelled the deposit in another window, or the payment processor refused it. Click **Add credits** to start a new deposit.

  <Accordion title="I closed the window before the payment arrived">
    The credit lands anyway. Open the **Transactions** tab and look for a **Crypto deposit** row. The "Payment received" email also confirms it.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Could not check your deposits&#x22;">
    OnlyX could not check if a deposit is already open, so it does not offer a new one yet. Click **Try again**.

  <Accordion title="Add credits is greyed out">
    The card shows "Crypto deposits are not configured yet — contact support to top up." Email [support@onlyx.ai](mailto:support@onlyx.ai).
