> ## Agent Instructions
> You are reading OnlyX Help: the OnlyX Help Center and the OnlyX developer documentation. OnlyX is an AI chatting and CRM platform for OnlyFans agencies. Its AI chatter is called Hugo in the app.
> Pages at the site root (for example /inbox/..., /hugo/..., /billing/...) are Help Center articles for agency owners, admins, chatters and creators who use the app at app.onlyx.ai. Words in bold are the exact button, menu and label names the app shows; keep them exactly as written. When these pages do not answer a question, the person can email support at support@onlyx.ai.
> Pages under /developers are the developer documentation. REST API base URL: https://api.onlyx.ai/v1 (authenticate with `Authorization: Bearer <API key>`; keys start with onx_sk_ and are created in app.onlyx.ai under Settings > API & MCP). MCP server: https://mcp.onlyx.ai/mcp (OAuth, or a Bearer API key). In the API the AI chatter is `ai` on the wire. Money is integer US cents in fields ending in Cents; timestamps are UTC ISO-8601.
> Rules for assistants acting on a user's behalf: discover ids with list calls and never invent them; before any call that reaches a real fan or the live OnlyFans account (sending a message, releasing a chat to the AI, turning AI on for a chat, resolving a hand-off, turning review mode off, changing the welcome message, creating a tracking link) show the user the exact content and get explicit confirmation; send every POST with an Idempotency-Key and reuse it on retry; never resend a message whose delivery status is unconfirmed; never ask a creator for her OnlyFans password or codes - she signs in herself through a connect link and the OnlyX Login app.

# Change your profile, theme and inbox display

> Set your name and Telegram contact, pick light or dark mode, blur photos and video, and choose what conversations show you and in which language.

<Badge color="gray">Everyone</Badge>

**My Profile** holds how your team sees you. **Appearance** holds how OnlyX looks and reads for you. Both are in **Settings**. Nothing here changes the workspace or anyone else's settings.

## Where each choice is saved

| Choice | Where it is saved |
| - | - |
| **Name** and **Telegram** on **My Profile** | Your account, on every device |
| **Theme** | This browser only |
| **Blur media** (**SFW**) | This browser only |
| **Inbox display** | Your account, on every device |

On a new computer or phone, the theme follows your device and blur starts off. Set them again there if you want.

## Change your name or Telegram contact

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open My Profile">
    In OnlyX, click **Settings**. On a phone, **Settings** is under **More**.

    **Settings** opens on **My Profile**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Edit your details">
    In the **Your details** card, change **Name**, **Telegram** or both.

    Your name shows in your account menu and on the **Members** list. It can have up to 120 characters. If you leave it empty, OnlyX shows your email address instead.

    **Telegram** is a contact handle for your team, like `@username`. It does not connect the notifications bot: that is in **Settings** > **Notifications**.

    <Frame caption="**1** Name · **2** Your Telegram username, for your team">

    </Frame>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save your changes">
    Click **Save**. OnlyX shows "Profile saved".

    To undo changes you have not saved, click **Discard**. Both buttons work only after you change something.
  </Step>
</Steps>

The **Account** card shows your **Email** and your **Role in this workspace**. You cannot change them here. An owner or admin changes roles in **Members**.

You cannot change the email address you sign in with in the app. The **Change in Security** link opens the **Security** tab, but that tab has no way to change it either. To change your email, write to OnlyX support at [support@onlyx.ai](mailto:support@onlyx.ai).

## Choose light or dark mode

In **Settings**, click **Appearance**. In the **Theme** card, click **System**, **Light** or **Dark**. The change applies at once, in this browser only.

* **System** follows your computer or phone.
* **Light** and **Dark** stay the same whatever your device uses.

You can also choose the theme from your account menu: point at **Theme**, then click **System**, **Light** or **Dark**.

## Blur photos and video

Turn on blur when people around you can see your screen. Photos and videos blur until you point at them. Names, messages, numbers and profile pictures stay readable.

The same switch is in two places:

* On a computer, click **SFW** at the foot of the sidebar. Click it again to turn blur off.
* In **Settings** > **Appearance**, turn on **Blur media** in the **Safe for work** card.

On a phone, open **More**, then use the **SFW** row.

<Frame caption="**1** SFW, one click from every page. With it on, photos stay blurred until you point at them.">
  <img className="block dark:hidden" src="https://mintcdn.com/onlyx/uPTnpEc4lb-MnUky/images/help/account/profile-and-appearance/sidebar-sfw-light.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=uPTnpEc4lb-MnUky&q=85&s=1b6bc99adbe3e8967cb2dfcceced208e" alt="The SFW switch turned on at the foot of the sidebar, next to a creator's Vault where every photo is blurred" width="1600" height="892" data-path="images/help/account/profile-and-appearance/sidebar-sfw-light.png" />

  <img className="hidden dark:block" src="https://mintcdn.com/onlyx/uPTnpEc4lb-MnUky/images/help/account/profile-and-appearance/sidebar-sfw-dark.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=uPTnpEc4lb-MnUky&q=85&s=f22b832c57d7536b5eeacf495282786f" alt="The SFW switch turned on at the foot of the sidebar, next to a creator's Vault where every photo is blurred" width="1600" height="892" data-path="images/help/account/profile-and-appearance/sidebar-sfw-dark.png" />
</Frame>

Blur covers photos and videos in conversations, in the **Vault**, in **AI Content** and in the other media screens. This browser remembers your choice for a year.

## Choose what conversations show you

The **Inbox display** card is on **Appearance** for owners, admins and chatters. Content VAs do not have it, because they do not use the inbox. Each switch saves the moment you change it, and applies on every device you sign in to.

<Frame caption="**1** Show messages the fan never got · **2** Translate threads when you open them · **3** Your reading language">
  <img className="block dark:hidden" src="https://mintcdn.com/onlyx/uPTnpEc4lb-MnUky/images/help/account/profile-and-appearance/inbox-display-light.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=uPTnpEc4lb-MnUky&q=85&s=32ceb4c306c14fcce04bb96be0ed676e" alt="The Inbox display card with the switch to show messages the fan never got, the translation switches and the Translate into menu set to English" width="1526" height="1116" data-path="images/help/account/profile-and-appearance/inbox-display-light.png" />

  <img className="hidden dark:block" src="https://mintcdn.com/onlyx/uPTnpEc4lb-MnUky/images/help/account/profile-and-appearance/inbox-display-dark.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=uPTnpEc4lb-MnUky&q=85&s=64dbc862b86e94af3a8b1396fd764b3e" alt="The Inbox display card with the switch to show messages the fan never got, the translation switches and the Translate into menu set to English" width="1526" height="1116" data-path="images/help/account/profile-and-appearance/inbox-display-dark.png" />
</Frame>

* **Show messages the fan never got** is off by default. Turn it on to see replies that were stopped before they went out, and sends that OnlyFans refused. See [Message delivery states: did the fan get it?](/inbox/delivery-states)
* **Auto-translate messages** is off by default. Turn it on to translate every conversation when you open it. When it is off, you translate one conversation at a time.
* **Floating translate bubble** is on by default. It is the quick translate switch at the foot of the conversation history.
* **Translate into** is the language you read in: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish or Ukrainian. Until you pick one, it is English.

For more about translation, see [Translate conversations into your language](/inbox/translate).

## If something goes wrong

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="&#x22;That is not a Telegram username. They are 5-32 characters, start with a letter, and use only letters, numbers and underscores.&#x22;">
    Enter your Telegram username as it appears in Telegram, like `@username`. You can also leave the field empty.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Could not save profile&#x22;">
    The change did not save. The message under it gives the reason, for example a name longer than 120 characters. Fix it, then click **Save** again.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Could not save settings&#x22;">
    An **Inbox display** switch did not save, so it went back to where it was. Try again in a moment.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The theme or blur changed back on another device">
    **Theme** and **Blur media** belong to each browser. Set them again on each computer or phone you use.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I do not see Inbox display">
    Content VAs do not use the inbox, so **Appearance** shows them only **Theme** and **Safe for work**.
  </Accordion>
