> ## Agent Instructions
> You are reading OnlyX Help: the OnlyX Help Center and the OnlyX developer documentation. OnlyX is an AI chatting and CRM platform for OnlyFans agencies. Its AI chatter is called Hugo in the app.
> Pages at the site root (for example /inbox/..., /hugo/..., /billing/...) are Help Center articles for agency owners, admins, chatters and creators who use the app at app.onlyx.ai. Words in bold are the exact button, menu and label names the app shows; keep them exactly as written. When these pages do not answer a question, the person can email support at support@onlyx.ai.
> Pages under /developers are the developer documentation. REST API base URL: https://api.onlyx.ai/v1 (authenticate with `Authorization: Bearer <API key>`; keys start with onx_sk_ and are created in app.onlyx.ai under Settings > API & MCP). MCP server: https://mcp.onlyx.ai/mcp (OAuth, or a Bearer API key). In the API the AI chatter is `ai` on the wire. Money is integer US cents in fields ending in Cents; timestamps are UTC ISO-8601.
> Rules for assistants acting on a user's behalf: discover ids with list calls and never invent them; before any call that reaches a real fan or the live OnlyFans account (sending a message, releasing a chat to the AI, turning AI on for a chat, resolving a hand-off, turning review mode off, changing the welcome message, creating a tracking link) show the user the exact content and get explicit confirmation; send every POST with an Idempotency-Key and reuse it on retry; never resend a message whose delivery status is unconfirmed; never ask a creator for her OnlyFans password or codes - she signs in herself through a connect link and the OnlyX Login app.

Change your password in **Settings** while you are signed in. If you forgot it, reset it from the sign-in page with a link that OnlyX emails to you.

## Before you start

* To change your password, you need your current password.
* To reset it, you need to open the mailbox of the email address you sign in with.
* A password needs at least 8 characters. There is no other rule.

## Change your password

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open your security settings">
    In OnlyX, click **Settings**. Then click **Security**. On a phone, **Settings** is under **More**.

    The **Password** card is the first card on the page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the Change password window">
    In the **Password** card, click **Change password**.

    The **Change password** window opens.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your current password">
    In **Current password**, enter the password you use now.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter the new password twice">
    In **New password**, enter at least 8 characters. Then enter the same password in **Repeat new password**.

    If the two do not match, the window shows "Passwords do not match".

  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  A reset signs you out on every device, including the one you used for the reset. A change in **Settings** keeps you signed in on the device you used.
</Note>

## Good to know

* Only the newest reset link works. Each new request replaces the link in the email before it.
* If you ask twice within a minute, OnlyX sends no second email. The link in the first email still works.
* A change and a reset both send the email "Your OnlyX password was changed". You cannot turn off security emails like this one. See [Emails OnlyX sends you](/account/emails).
* Nobody on your team can change or reset your password for you, not even the owner of the workspace.

## If something goes wrong

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="The reset email did not arrive">
    Look in your spam folder. Check that you entered the address you sign in with. Then wait one minute and ask again. Use the newest email only: it replaces the link in the older one.

    OnlyX sends no reset email to an account it has switched off. If you think that is your case, email OnlyX support at [support@onlyx.ai](mailto:support@onlyx.ai).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title=""This reset link is invalid or has expired. Request a new one."">
    The link was already used, is older than 60 minutes, or a newer email replaced it. Click **Request a new link**, then start again from the reset page.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title=""Current password is incorrect"">
    The password you entered in **Current password** is wrong. If you do not remember it, log out. Then use **Forgot password?** on the sign-in page.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title=""Too many sign-in attempts. Try again in a few minutes."">
    After 10 wrong passwords in a row, OnlyX stops sign-in to your account for 15 minutes. Wait 15 minutes, then sign in. A password reset does not end the wait.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title=""Invalid email or password"">
    The email address or the password is wrong. Check both for typing mistakes. If you forgot your password, reset it.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I got "Your OnlyX password was changed", but I did not change it">
    Someone else knows your password, and they are signed in with the new one. Reset your password now with **Forgot password?**. A reset signs out every session, including theirs. Then turn on two-factor authentication.
