> ## Agent Instructions
> You are reading OnlyX Help: the OnlyX Help Center and the OnlyX developer documentation. OnlyX is an AI chatting and CRM platform for OnlyFans agencies. Its AI chatter is called Hugo in the app.
> Pages at the site root (for example /inbox/..., /hugo/..., /billing/...) are Help Center articles for agency owners, admins, chatters and creators who use the app at app.onlyx.ai. Words in bold are the exact button, menu and label names the app shows; keep them exactly as written. When these pages do not answer a question, the person can email support at support@onlyx.ai.
> Pages under /developers are the developer documentation. REST API base URL: https://api.onlyx.ai/v1 (authenticate with `Authorization: Bearer <API key>`; keys start with onx_sk_ and are created in app.onlyx.ai under Settings > API & MCP). MCP server: https://mcp.onlyx.ai/mcp (OAuth, or a Bearer API key). In the API the AI chatter is `ai` on the wire. Money is integer US cents in fields ending in Cents; timestamps are UTC ISO-8601.
> Rules for assistants acting on a user's behalf: discover ids with list calls and never invent them; before any call that reaches a real fan or the live OnlyFans account (sending a message, releasing a chat to the AI, turning AI on for a chat, resolving a hand-off, turning review mode off, changing the welcome message, creating a tracking link) show the user the exact content and get explicit confirmation; send every POST with an Idempotency-Key and reuse it on retry; never resend a message whose delivery status is unconfirmed; never ask a creator for her OnlyFans password or codes - she signs in herself through a connect link and the OnlyX Login app.

# Emails OnlyX sends you

> Every email OnlyX sends about your own account, what each one means, how long its link works, and how to spot an email that is not from OnlyX.

<Badge color="gray">Everyone</Badge>

OnlyX sends a few emails about your own account. This page lists each one, so you know what it means and what to do.

## How to recognise an OnlyX email

* It comes from OnlyX, at `no-reply@onlyx.ai`.
* An email about your own account has one of the subjects on this page. Owners and admins also get workspace alerts, listed in [Choose your notifications](/account/notifications).
* It has a short heading, a few lines, one button and a small note at the end.

If an email asks for your password and you did not expect it, do not use its link. Open OnlyX yourself, then check **Settings** > **Security**.

## The emails about your account

| Email subject | When OnlyX sends it | What to do |
| - | - | - |
| "Welcome to OnlyX — confirm your email" | You created an agency account. | Click **Confirm email and add your creator**. The link works for 7 days. |
| "Confirm your OnlyX email" | You clicked **Send verification email** in **Settings** > **Security**, or **Send a new link** on the confirm-your-email screen. | Click **Confirm email**. Only the link in the newest email works. |
| "Reset your OnlyX password" | Someone asked for a new password with **Forgot password?**. | Click **Reset password** within 60 minutes. The link works once. If you did not ask, ignore the email: nothing changes. |
| "Your OnlyX password was changed" | Your password was changed or reset. | Nothing, if it was you. If not, reset your password now. |
| "Two-factor authentication is on" | Two-factor authentication was turned on. | Keep your recovery codes where you can reach them without OnlyX. If you did not turn it on, reset your password now to sign everyone out. Then email OnlyX support at [support@onlyx.ai](mailto:support@onlyx.ai): you need a code from the other person's app to sign in. |
| "Two-factor authentication was turned off" | Two-factor authentication was turned off. | Nothing, if it was you. If not, reset your password and turn two-factor back on. |
| "New sign-in to your OnlyX account" | Someone signed in from a device or a country that none of your current sessions uses. | Nothing, if it was you. If not, change your password now. |
| "You've been invited to … on OnlyX" | An owner or admin invited you to a workspace, or sent the invite again. | Click **Accept invite**. The invite works for 7 days. |

## More about some of these emails

### The welcome email

OnlyX sends it once, when you create your agency account. Its button confirms your email address. The page that opens then offers **Add your creator**, or **Sign in** if you are signed out.

Confirm within 7 days of the first email to keep using OnlyX. See [Confirm your email](/getting-started/confirm-your-email).

The welcome email also says that your first \$10.00 of AI usage is free.

### The four security alerts

These four are the security alerts:

* "Your OnlyX password was changed"
* "Two-factor authentication is on"
* "Two-factor authentication was turned off"
* "New sign-in to your OnlyX account"

Each one ends with "Alerts like this one cannot be turned off." Their button, **Review account security**, opens **Settings** > **Security**. The password and sign-in alerts also name the device and the IP address. For what to do next, see [Check your active sessions and sign-in alerts](/account/active-sessions).

### The invite email

It goes to the address the owner or admin typed in the invite. It names the workspace, the role and the person who invited you.

If the invite runs out, ask them to send it again. That gives 7 more days, and the same link works again. See [Join a team from an invite](/team/join-from-an-invite).

## Emails you can turn on or off

None of the emails on this page have an on or off switch.

The alerts about your workspace and its creators are different. They cover billing, sign-outs, custom orders, PPVs, tips, escalations and custom content requests. Only owners and admins get them, and each person picks them in **Settings** > **Notifications**. See [Choose your notifications](/account/notifications).

## Emails OnlyX does not send

* OnlyX does not email you when your role changes.
* OnlyX does not email you when someone removes you from a workspace, or when you leave one.
* There is no email to change your email address: you cannot change it in the app. To change it, write to OnlyX support at [support@onlyx.ai](mailto:support@onlyx.ai).

<Accordion title=""This reset link is invalid or has expired. Request a new one."">

  <Accordion title="I got a security alert for something I did not do">
Someone else may be using your account. Open OnlyX yourself, not through the email. Then:

    * If you can still sign in, sign out the devices you do not know. Change your password and turn on two-factor authentication.
    * If your password no longer works, reset it with **Forgot password?** on the sign-in page.
    * If someone else turned on two-factor, reset your password. Then email OnlyX support at [support@onlyx.ai](mailto:support@onlyx.ai).
